Not only does she know her products, but she also has interior decorating skills to help the customer with color choices and design. She did a sketch of our bathroom showing the detail of the glass tiles and niches, the shower and floor. Our tiles were ordered and delivered as promised. Vickie truly went the extra mile for us and was always helpful and friendly. I will definitely buy my tiles from this company again. They did not disappoint us. I went to many tile companies, but all of the sales people would say "everybody likes this tile" or "this tile is very popular", and that was exactly NOT what I wanted. I wanted something special and modern and with Vickie's help I have a brand new, very modern bathroom. So whether you know exactly what you want, or whether you're not sure about type of tiles or colors, this is the place to go.
Description of Work: We bought all our porcelain and glass tiles as well as the grout for our bathroom renovation at this company in Medford, OR.
