They are wonderful. My dishwasher got off balance and I think it was my fault so I called them out to get it fixed and they were the best people in the world. He was a very nice young man. He talked to me a lot. He just really helped me out. Just because I live in this area and they were over in this area that is when I called them. After using him and this and that, I moved some stuff into my kitchen trying to get my bedroom cleaned out and I think I knocked my dishwasher off balance so I called them and they came out and fixed it. It was $40 he charged me, I could not believe it. That was great. I was so pleased with him. He was just the nicest guy you would ever want to meet. I still have his card on my refrigerator and that is who I am going to use.

They had taken one in as a trade-in, but the sellervhad removed all the glass and door shelving. ASC staff had accumulated freezer parts from other transactions and managed to put together a serviceable, albeit non-standard, set of interior and door shelving and wire bins--at a greatly reduced cost for this otherwise large and fancy appliance. I got a very good deal from their ingenuity.

For all my appliance repair jobs I will always use Appliance Service Center...Quick and reasonable....

Great job! Showed up on time and quickly performed the required repair. Really knowledgeable and gave us tons of information on how to maintain the dishwasher and garbage disposal to extend their lives and improve their effectiveness.

.The serviceman (owner) kept interrupting guessing the problem while on the phone (wrong each time) several times during my explanation of what the dryer (part of my 10 year old Matag stack) Including telling me my dryer wasn't converted for propane -- it was, professionally 10 yeas ago. Then told me not to have it fixed-- just buy a new one. He came to the house pretty much on time,and asked me if I was referred from Angie's List. When I said yes he said good he gave $15.00 discount to Angie's List customers. He then took apart the dryer, figured the problem, and told me it wasn't worth fixing --that washers and dryers only last 12-15 years-- just buy a completely different washer/dryer set and then stack them. I said i wanted to fix it anyway then he said the part would be about $150.00 plus the service call fee about $100.00. He would return in a couple of days. Two days later the part was in and he gave me a call to schedule and I said some repair people prefer and gave a discount for cash was that true for him also? He said yes he gave a 10% discount for cash and I said I'd go to the bank and have it ready for him. He came, again,pretty much on time pretty much on time, went back to the dryer and fixed it. He went into the front room to make the bill and when he came back the bill had a total that was crossed out and ten dollars was taken off. I said "I thought you said there was a 15$ discount for Angie's customers"and he said "Oh no-- I can only do one discount." I said-- "Then why did you tell me to get cash ?" and he replied: "I can't combine them. You can only get one." Even though I wasn't happy about it--I paid anyway. Oh-- and he left a mess on the floor in front of the dryer. Recap: I didn't like that he kept jumping in with wrong answers before he heard the whole problem I didn't like that he pushed throwing away my stack to buy a new set. I don't like the wastefulness of the Toss Away Culture. I felt he was reluctant to fix my dryer -- almost like he didn't want to take the trouble. He left a mess. He let me take the trouble to go to town and get him cash and then didn't give me the money off when I did. the experience was so unpleasant I haven't called Angie's List since, and am unsure if I will continue with the service.

Very Good. Called the shop, got two or three items to consider. Went right over and found the owner to suggest the best value. Very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable delivery price too. Unit was delivered the next day. I received phone calls promptly and alerted me to the exact time of delivery. Delivery man was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever necessary to make everything work out even though the site was difficult. He helped me move stuff out of the way and then brought in the new machine and hooked it up and made sure it ran on every setting. Satisfied He then even took the old broken machine at no extra cost. Most awesome. Made my day and I gladly gave a gratuity which he tried to refuse but I insisted.

The technician called to ask if he could come early, which he did. He was neat and professional. The cost was reasonable. The only reason I gave B rating for Quality and Overall Experience is that the technician dented the top of the dryer when he was reconnecting the dryer vent. He was able to repair 90% of the damage and was very apologetic.

They were very prompt and explained to me what went wrong my gas range. He was knowledgable, courteous and friendly. It was pleasure to have him out at my home and he honored a $20 coupon out the phone book.

.My refrigerator icemaker stopped making ice and not knowing what large appliance repair company to call I checked Angies List. The only company listed in the Medford, Oregon area was Appliance Service Center. I called on Friday and an appointment was made for 3:00 PM the following Monday. The repair man arrived early at 2:30 and after checking out the ice maker saw that he had the necessary part for the repair job, which he did in a short time. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company.

They were good. They were professional. I would use them in the future.
