ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION

I was able to go with Chris Anderson for masonry and the name of his company is Anderson Construction. We had a lot of people come out and he ended up doing the work. We are so pleased that we had him come back and do more construction work and also he is going to do a brick path for us in the back. We are absolutely thrilled with him. I decided to go with Anderson Construction because he was upfront. He was knowledgeable. He carried himself well. He could speak the kings English. He looked at your eye when he talked to you. He called right back when we contacted him and left a message on his answering machine, he called us right back the same day. He is very busy but he called us back. He came over to see it within 2 or 3 days. For the chimney, when we first contacted him, he got up on his ladder, went up and took a look, came back in and looks in the fire place and said that there is absolutely nothing wrong with this and this, he said all we need to do is to do A, B, and C, and I don't know who you have been talking to but this doesn't need to be done. We had somebody else come and have a look after that and it was kind of a friend that used to do stuff like this. He didn't want to overcharge us, he didn't want to overdo the work. He did it in a timely manner and he was so pleasant to have around. No drinking, no smoking, no swearing and of course being from LA this is just a completely different thing here. To begin with, what we were prepare to go through, this never happened. We did have 3 different estimates for the chimney. They were pretty much within 200 to 250, pretty much in the same ballpark but Chris was just right there, exactly, that kind of reminded us that he was kind of like a son. He was just so well behaved and so nice. He was really careful about putting down tarps when he was in the house. I can't say enough about him. Overall I would rate him 'A' plus if I could. I am going to use this contractor again in the future, he is coming back.

I've used them before in the past I would give them an a grade overall. I would absolutely use them in the future.
