Description of Work: When I called ALW Cleaning to ask for estimate the provider was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in a friendly and patient manner. He put my name on his scheduled and showed up on time. Very punctual and very professional. Estimate was done efficiently and I was so delighted that I was given a very competitive price out of all the carpet cleaners I had called. I was amazed that they actual moved the furniture to clean carpet under with out charging an extra fee. They did an excellent job beyond compare to anybody. No hidden fee like I have experience from other carpet cleaning companies . I have a very dirty carpet with pet urine and they got it very clean. The carpet looked new again. If you are not using ALW Cleaning to clean your carpets you have been using the wrong company. Have found no company that compares to their quality of workmanship. Also got a 10% first time customer discount. Highly recommend .

+ -1 moreWe have a rental with ten year old carpet. The last tenants had been there nearly 4 1/2 years and we thought we may have to replace the carpet. We decided to have the carpets cleaned to determine the extent of the damage first. Leon Grogan, Owner of ALW Cleaning, arrived on time and proceeded to begin the cleaning process. I have had carpets professionally cleaned before or at least, thought I had. The carpets were soiled, and Leon spent nearly three hours on the carpet. I'm not sure what all the processes were, but there were several.We were amazed at how the carpets turned out. They were beautiful, and we agreed with Leon that the carpets had more life left in them than we originally thought. I always thought carpet cleaning was a one or two step process, with marginal to good results. Whatever Leon did, these carpets came out beautifully. They looked new again. I would gladly recommend Leon to anyone looking for a quality carpet cleaning. We are glad we found him.
