When they arrived that were late. They were supposed to remove the virus but when they left and the same problems were happening. They had to come back out and fix it.

The original serviceperson was very very nice. I had explained when I first called that I was older (64) and new very little about computers. I asked for a "nice n***" and the man who came out was. Unfortunately, by the time the installation date of my new computer was set up, that man had left the company. The man who came out to install my computer was extremely knowledgeable. He set it up fairly quickly, told me click this and click that, which I could not remember any of after he left. He told me he charged $125/hr. if he had to come back out to show me something. He sold me a monthly "assistance" plan for questions to a center in CA. I'm glad I do have that. I found out that I don't have a Word program on my computer. Considering he had documents, etc. from my old computer, I didn't understand why he didn't ask me if I wanted that installed or told me I'd need to buy. I just felt that after he left, I sat down at the computer and had no idea how to start anything. I still have questions I don't understand. I guess this would have been OK if someone knew computers and how to do things. For a newer person, who asks dumb questions and doesn't know what to call things, he was not sympathetic or really helpful. It would have helped if he'd let me sit down and do some stuff while he was still here to see that I understood the new basics. Of course, Windows 7 is so different and my AOL is too -- in order to work with Windows 7 I was told. I am getting along, but doing lots of (what I think is unnecessary) clicking and wish I could be learning the correct way of doing things.
