ACE Inspection & Restoration

I had some water damage occur last spring but have just been able to hire someone to check on the damage. Joe came out and was able to identify areas that had damage. However, there were still smells coming from around my refrigerator. I replaced the fridge and the installers found that the waterline to the fridge was leaking which was creating smells. Joe did not catch, what I would figure would be an obvious water leaking issue. He said that he would go into the crawlspace and attic to check on issue. I had a different company up there already and Joe said he didn't need to go in there. The most frustrating thing was that he said he would contact the insurance company to let them know of the issues wrong with my window were caused by a water leak. He has never contacted the insurance company to let them know of the water damage issue and he is not even responding to my calls. I paid him $100 and he has not followed up on anything he said he would do.
