ACCENT SPAS

Nothing surprises me with their poor service. I’ve had nothing but problems with accent spas since I received my hot tub. Please choose another spa dealer for a better experience.

45 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I called to find out what happened. Thay said there was no appointment. They made it sound like my problem. That I never called. After some cajoling they sent someone out 4 hours later. I had to miss an entire day of work. Repair man didn't find issue but was going to charge for visit. I asked if he could at least replace gasket on pump fitting. I called office a week later to tell them tub is still leaking and can they send someone more experienced. They said they'd make it right and send out best technician. Another 3 hours missed at work and they send SAME tech as 1st visit. Claims he found leak at other pump gasket. Charges for 2nd visit. TUB STILL LEAKS. Same place as before. I will not call them again to waste more of my time and charge me 2xs for NOT fixing leak. Lame service.

These people are amazing. Honest, thoughtful, no hassle integrity - things you don't often find in today's world. And this was not inside city limits - this required 30 miles one way to provide the service they promise to give. We will recommend them to anyone with no reservations. Can't say enough for the quality of customer service they guarantee and LIVE UP TO!!! Good people.
