When we were looking for rental property for out move, we talked to Wild Haven on the phone and did some drive bys on some of their listings. Though we were a bit disappointed in the lower quality than expected on some of the listings, I have to say that the office people were very pleasant and professional.

Rented a house sight-unseen when we moved to Oregon from Michigan a year ago. As a licensed contractor, I'm bound by professional ethics to let them know of anything that's not up to code in the property, and as a renter I of course want all problems noted. We've had multiple issues with our sprinkler system and the back yard fence is falling down. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy by WH and its agents/management. When we were forced to break our lease as the owner decided to sell the house, they did not charge us for moving out in July even though our lease wasn't up 'til September, and quickly worked with us to find another rental property very near our area. <br/><br/>It's clear from reading several reviews that some reviewers overlook the fact that Wild Haven manages the property rather than owning it; thus there's only so much they can do. Faulty plumbing job I addressed at move-in cannot be fixed with major work (opening a wall), and the owner has not done so -- this is not WH's fault. Delays in repairs are often the fault of the owner rather than the property manager.
