+ -1 moreThey were terrible. I spent $3000 on that visit. The salesman sent me a shell that I could not get into without flooding it over which set everything off. I had already signed for it and I could use it. They would not do anything about it because I had signed for it. I ended up decreeing with them two or three times and finally we ended up leaving it in the parking lot. We walked away with nothing. They did not even give our money back. It was just shoddy workmanship all the way around. The price was mediocre. There was no additional insulation.
Description of Work: I used Western Oregon Spas a couple of years ago.
