+ -1 moreBen Fackler was able to get me onto his estimate schedule within 2 days and arrived exactly when he said he would. I appreciated that he answered all my questions clearly without being patronizing. I thought it was smart that he asked the purpose of the house (rental in the short term, mom's house in the long term) so that he could give appropriate advice about nice-but-tennant-proof materials. He e-mailed the estimate within just a few hours and answered my follow-up e-mail questions very quickly. The estimate seems reasonable, too.
Description of Work: Requested an estimate for replacing water-damaged underlayment & drywall, and replacing kitchen and bathroom cupboards & countertops.
