+ -1 moreLowes is very convenient for me. I didn't interact with the employees too much. We pretty much found everything ourselves because it was so easy to find everything. The aisles are labeled very well so the customer can find what they need with ease. The employees that did talk to us were friendly, too.

+ -1 moreWOW! CARPET LOOKS GREAT, WORKMEN WERE NEAT, ON TIME AND DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. MY ONLY COMPLAINT, IF I WOULD HAVE ONE, IS THAT THEY SEEMED NOT TO SPEAK ANY ENGLISH UNTIL IT WAS TIME FOR THEM TO LEAVE. MAYBE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH THE HOMEOWNER, BUT THEY WERE HERE FOR TWO FULL DAYS (9AM TO 7PM) AND WE HARDLY SPOKE TO THEM. I THINK THEY WERE CARLOS AND RAYMOND.
Description of Work: WE HAD OUR ENTIRE UPSTAIRS (LR, DR,HALLWAY,STEPS) ABOUT 1300 SQ FEET OF CARPET PURCHASED AND INSTALLED FROM LOWES IN MCMINNVILLE, OR

+ -1 moreTHEY COULD DO BETTER. WHEN I WENT TO GET WHAT I NEEDED, THEY WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE. IT TAKES THEM AWHILE TO GET TO YOU. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE.
