+ -1 moreThey spray on the carpeting area and put the stuffing for mice in the basement. The price has been rising each year. They wait until October and last year the price got increased to $77. They come once in a quarter and the price is the same each time. They are good. Whenever you need them, they are prompt in service. We got a discount of 5% for this service and we actually paid $73.15. They said that the price will go up by 5% in the next time service.

+ -1 moreSome time ago, when I used them I thought I had a carpenter ant problem at a different house and he came out and said I don’t have a problem, I don’t need to spray and he walked away without making any money.
Description of Work: I used Lehman Pest Control for pest control and extermination services. He took care of the carpenter ant problem for us. I have used them for years.

+ -1 moreContinued from above. For quality of work, I would recommend this company. For price, I don't know what to think. I still feel ripped off. Personally, I think what they did was worth maybe $250 dollars which I would have willingly and happily paid and all would have been well. But the bill was $720. I hope you pest control people are listening to this. Give us a fair deal or we will go elsewhere.
Description of Work: I own a fourplex. Each unit is 800 square feet. I called Lehmann because it was close and was on Angie's List. They were to make sure the whole building was clean of cock roaches. There was really only infestation in one unit and it was bad. They guaranteed their work for 90 days. After they came the first time and they were at the property for a total of 90 minutes, I was sent a bill for 720 dollars. That was broken down to $180 per unit. All this for such short work. I was sick. I couldn't believe it. I get paid less than that for a weeks work. This for just a couple hours. And I had to call them back. A week later they came back and sprayed again, that still didn't get it, so they came back a third time. I think finally the problem is licked. I appreciated the quick service from the company. I appreciated the fact that they came back every time I called until the problem was licked. I am still dumbfounded by the price. Continued in next section.

+ -1 moreCalled Lehmann Pest control and he said he could be at my home in one hour. He was. He assessed the situation and donned a bee suit and applied some powdered substance that was injected up under the siding in several places. He said there should be no activity by morning and gave me a printed receipt. He was very efficient, professional and courteous.
Description of Work: Had a yellow jacket's nest in the wall of our home. Some were entering the living room. Could not get rid of them with off the shelf products.

With the quarterly service, if you have any problems all you do is call and they come out promptly and take care of whatever you need. This is covered under your quarterly cost. Over the years Gus has taken care of a swarm of bees that chewed through the drywall into my sons room, moles, mice and ants. You name it, Lehmann Pest Control takes care of it.
Description of Work: We are on a quarterly service where they come out once every 3 months and spray the perimter foundation of our house, trees and bushes that touch the house.

+ -1 moreTerrific! When they first looked at the house, they advised me not to spray because the bees should go away on their own. In other words, they talked themselves out of a job! Next day, however, the bees were swarming and becoming dangerous, so I asked Lehmann to go ahead and spray. They sprayed everywhere necessary and took care of the problem within a matter of hours.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT, FOUND THE PROBLEM, AND SPRAYED THE PLACE. THEY SAID IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS GIVE US A CALL. I CALLED THEIR CELL PHONE, HE WAS 40 MILES AWAY, HE WAS HEADING TO A PLACE 50 MILES AWAY, HE PULLED OVER ON A MOUNTAIN PASS, TOOK THE INFORMATION, SAID HE'D BE THERE THE NEXT MORNING AND THEY WERE.
Description of Work: WE HAD AN ANT PROBLEM, LITTLE SUGAR ANTS.
