Description of Work: They wiped down granite with a cleaner, then a polish. Not worth the cost. Expected more: some sharp areas that needed smoothed. No other equipment than spray bottle and cloth. Called at time was to be here to say would be about a 1/2 hr late. Took 45 min, then here about 45 min. Service provider was talkative and polite. Seemed new to the work.
