I called Dr HVAC about our furnace not working. Scott came out the next day and worked to solve the problem. The decision was made to replace the furnace which they scheduled the very next day. It was installed by Sterling and Jackson. All three men were knowledgeable, efficient and extremely customer oriented. I very much appreciate their professionalism and kindness.

The heat pump was not cleaned properly. They tried to charge me for two year instead of just one year. They did not disclose the full amount that would be charged for cleaning per year.

The effect of the work done on my heat was minimal and the correction only lasted a couple of months. The technician suggested that I buy a new internal unit ($3000). A different heating and cooling specialist suggested an alternative, he cleaned the unit and it works.
