+ 1 moreEngaged business to maintain Mcminnville rental property on a weekly basis. Paid 2 months in advance in late October. Some initial work performed, then nothing (best accounting = 3 shows in 7 weeks). Promised cleanup in front yard not done. Would not return calls or emails for meeting at property. Excuses of health issues for him or his business partner when finally tracked down. Ended up having to find residence and get key to terminate arrangement after business cell disconnected (Had another when I found him). No offer of returned money and couldn't trust to continue, so..... done.
Description of Work: Standard yard maintenance, gutter cleaning, leaf removal.
