+ -1 moreThe only thing that could make over 30 white curtains unifirmly brown was the pesticide. I did not consent to the treatment. I called Armageddon, Dave Robinson, and asked him for insurance information. He said he would not give it to me. He said I needed to have the curtains tested and if they showed the product he used then we would talk. I called the USDA and they said there are numerous products and you cannot test for them all, that you need to know what was used. I called Robinson again and he refused to tell me what products he used. He has not returned my calls. These were hand made organdy and silk curtains. It will cost at least $3,000 to replace them. I am very concerned that he used an illegal spray and has contaminated my dwelling.
Description of Work: I had a tenant who hired Armageddon Pest Mgt. to treat her dwelling for cat fleas. She then moved out. I went to clean and found my elegant organdy and silk curtains totally brown. They were white. I took them tot he cleaners and they were still brown. There were no leaks in the dwelling, no rust. No oil heat, only gas. Curtains were white when she moved in 3 years ago.

+ -1 moreMy phone calls were returned promptly and appointments were scheduled for next day service. Overall our experience with this company was excellent.
Description of Work: Sprayed for ants both interior and exterior -- provided a 30-day follow-up warranty, and have returned two times for re-treatment in specific areas. The owner took time to explain the products he was using, and suggested products that we could use ourselves for future ant control problems.
