Door To Door Dry Cleaning

Description of Work: I have used Door-To-Door Dry cleaners for about 8 years and have always been very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: We have two pairs of pants dry-cleaned just about weekly. We put the stuff in a bag on our door with a hanger they provide. The clothes are picked up, cleaned and returned the next day. Always prompt and clean. We had an issue with a shirt once and they took it back and recleaned it with no questions asked. When they recleaned the item it was discovered not to be a starch stain, a defect in the lining of the shirt. We were very appreciative of their quick work and time!

Description of Work: Love having this door to door service. The quality is good, just wish we could figure out how to prevent a few wrinkles in transit.

Description of Work: I have reported on this company in the past and I feel another report is in order. I have used DOOR TO DOOR for a number of years. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed. Living in a downtown high-rise now the service even gets better. There is pick-up and delivery nearly every day of the week. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism and did I mention their prices, bet anyone that I have ever used. I don't seek out the cheapest prices, but as dry cleaners go, I feel they are very reasonable . I have occasionally asked them to do minor alterations and they have always been done well. Perhaps most importantly, DOOR TO DOOR stand behind the work they do. Unfortunately, I have found this not to be norm with others that I have used thru out the years. I admit that I am picky, my husband more than I, so I challenge you to find a better cleaner who provides the combination of service ,convenience and professionalism.

Description of Work: Several years ago, I decided to try this drycleaner after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. I spoke to Carol Jo, the owner and she told me the pick-up day and that they would deliver a bag and door hanger. There would be a $10.00 fee for the laundry bag, that was totally refundable if you should not longer need their services. She asked me a number of questions regarding our needs and expectations. My husband is very particular about how his shirts are pressed, which I explained and Carol Jo assured me that Door to Door would have no problem handling his requests. I thought that this service would certainly cost more than what I was presently paying, but I found they were actually less. The yellow bay was delivered to our door with a tag attached. Our name, address and special requests were listed on this tag.

Description of Work: Weekly dry cleaning of shirts and pants picked up and delivered to and from our home.
