They did our driveway in the fall two years ago, I was told to callback in Spring for sealing of it . I called numerous times in Spring and Summer, always leaving a message, and never receiving a callback. This spring I called again and actually got a live person, who apologized for their lack of service. We made an appointment for the work to be done, and a few days before their arrival I started calling to get a time estimate of their arrival. Despite numerous attempts over several days they never returned my messages. Then on the day of the appointment they no showed, never a call or contact!!!

The crew from Black Magic were quick and efficient, a joy to watch work. They took my scruffy gravel driveway from homely to gorgeous in just 2 days, removing the gravel (and moving it to my pile for later re-use), put down a sterile base with lime, and rolled out 3" asphalt like a well-oiled machine. They even expanded the driveway because it didn't look right the way they'd originally measured it, no additional charge. Also, a County flagger misdirected one of the trucks to a private road, damaging a neighbor's driveway. Black Magic fixed it better than before.
