+ -1 moreperfect....need I say more....best experience ever....and since we still have dealings with her looking for the perfect plot of land....she is always available and ready
Description of Work: excellent realtor...merry Ann Blanchard she did everything to listen to what we wanted or did not want. she found properties that were as close as one could get so as not to waste our time searching. she made every effort to insure we got exactly what we wanted...was not the least pushy...didn't try to talk us into accepting anything...did not rush our time...had over 15 options to look at and was willing to spend the entire day with us to see it all.... efficient in time, details, and issue resolve not regarding the purchase.. if you want some one on your side...better than a close relative....merry ann will do the absolute best for you....
