When I dropped my car off to have the windshield replaced the person just took the keys and said it would be done in about 2 hours. When I picked it up some of the metal on the edge of my hood was bent, a plug was missing. A few days later my new windshield was leaking. It had a crack on it and the gasket wasn't sealed correctly. I took it back and they had it for 2 hours. When I returned expecting to have a new windshield all I was told was that the seal on my door was ripped and that is why the water was getting into my car. I pointed out that my new windshield was still cracked where they had installed it. It took me calling the company in Newport and talking to the Owner. He finally said that he would come up and go over all my concerns and have the windshield replaced. I again took my car down to the warehouse. I was expecting to meet the owner and have all of the issues taken care of. The owner never showed up. The men that worked for him were an hour late getting there. They were not very nice when talking to me. The windshield was replaced. My car doesn't leak any more with the new windshield, even though my door strip was supposedly the reason for the leak. They put my windshield wiper blades on wrong and ruined a new pair of windshield wipers. We had to take the car to a different person to have the windshield wipers fixed. So for something that should have only been a 2 hour process took a month and three trips back to somewhat have the issue taken care of. I would not take any of my vehicles back to have this company replace a windshield ever again. It was the worst experience I have ever had.
