Charlie Tree Excavation and Construction Service

Beware of Rick Rosenbalm who owns #CharleesTreeServiceAndExcavation. He's run off with my $2,000 deposit. He hired a tree service out of Cleveland. Not the plan. They took 3 branches off of a huge oak tree of mine and did about $2,000's worth of damage. According to the company from Cleveland, they haven't gotten paid either. He damaged my fence, yard, 2 pine trees, bird bath and then cut my neighbor's tree without permission, along with mashing her azalea bush and leaving big branches in her yard. This guy has no clue except to rip people off.

I got three estimates, all three claimed to be licensed, insured and bonded. I told Charlie that I would do the cleanup, I just needed them to take the trees down. Two of them were in a very narrow space between our house and the neighbor's house with one one of them leaning into the fence and hanging over the neighbor's roof. The other two were in the backyard, with one leaning towards our house. The first estimate was $1,400 and the second estimate was $1,200. Those two estimates included the cleanup. Charlie said he would do it for $200.00 The cleanup took me two days and four trips to the free land waste management site. Well worth the savings. They came the day scheduled about 20 minutes early. It all came down safely. They did a great affordable job.
