Basically, they gave me a no-show phone call an hour and half before job was to be done. This is a vacation home clean that HAD to be done before 4 pm ~ and that left me without a cleaning crew for that home for that day at the last minute. I have NEVER had a cleaning person with that lack of scruples and consideration in my 15 years in this business. Do NOT call on them.
Description of Work: THEY QUOTED $100 FOR A HOUSECLEANING JOB. ONE AND ONE/HALF HOUR BEFORE EXPECTED PERFORMANCE THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED SAYING THEY HAD TO CHARGE AT LEAST $200. THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE THEN HUNG UP. THE END.

We have [Member Name] a quote for $200. She indicated to us that the quote was not within her budget. We didn't hear anything else from her so we assumed she was shopping elsewhere. Several days went by and the night before [Member Name] wants her home cleaned, she calls with and leaves a voice mail giving us all the details for the next day clean as if we had made an agreement to clean for her. We were absolutely shocked that she expected us to be there when no agreement had been reached what so ever. In fact we told [Member Name] we would require at least Two days notice Pryor to doing the job. At this point we could only assume that her search for another cleaner had resulted in none and in desperation she was calling us at the last minute. I immediately returned her call and was unable to reach her so I too left a voicemail informing her we would not be available to clean for her due to the short notice and other commitments that had been made since we hadn't heard from her . We never did hear back from her . So the facts are # 1 we never came to an agreement to clean for her. # 2 At no time did we ever quote her a price of $100 dollars. The bid was $200 from the beginning. # 3 we informed her we required 48 hrs notice yet she called approximately 13 hours before the clean. The only reason her home was not cleaned by us was due to [Member Name] indecisiveness and lack of proper communication. It's obviouse to us that [Member Name] was not happy with our quote of $200 and thought she could find other cleaners to do the job. When her search ended with no results, she turned to us in desperation. When we were unable to perform do to short notice she became angry and thus, here is her review.

Description of Work: This was a relatively good service, but not as professional, or as "clean" as I wanted my house to be. The workers were good, but clearly they were being hired and probably paid very little--though the cost per hour was top. It is hard to find good service for housecleaning here, so I may use them again if I cannot find anything else.

Central Coast Cleaning does an amazing job. We have been using them for over a year now to clean our vacation rental and could not be happier with them. They are easy to communicate with, friendly and professional and do an outstanding job with our home. Many of our guests comment about how clean the home is. They are also very adept at letting us know if something needs to be replaced or needs special attention. They are our eyes and ears since we can't be at the home as often as we would like to be. They always go above and beyond. They treat our home as if it were their own and they always pay very close attention to detail. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: We use Central Coast Cleaning to clean in between guests at our vacation rental in Neskowin.
