Description of Work: Tom Painted our 2 story house and the fences fronting the decks. He also power washed both house and 3 decks. Stained the decks. Rebuilt part of our fence that was falling apart.He replaced multiple boards after reviewing with us their poor condition. Decks had not been maintained for quiet a time. Tom works by himself so takes more time to complete job however he is very detailed and completed all tasks thatwe requested. His prices were reasonable. Plan ahead as he can get busy in the summer
