Lebanon Computers

My computer's fan began running slowly and making a lot of noise, so I dropped it off for them to replace the fan. The job should have taken a few days, but the fan part had to be shipped in from across the world. After a week's wait, they called and informed me that those shipping the part weren't shipping it at all and it would take another week. To apologize for the two-week delay, Lebanon computers installed a stick of ram cost-free. Upon receiving my computer, the touchpad no longer worked and they were unable to fix that new issue before I went home. I took the computer home and found that while the new fan worked, the computer had developed a set of new problems. It began falling asleep when I picked it up and the power button began to stop working a few days later. I took it back in for them to fix the new problems, which they did free of charge, but when they returned it to me, the problems persisted. They did, at least, fix the touchpad after finding a piece stuck to the side of the box they stored it in. The next day, I returned one last time to pick up my wireless mouse receiver, which they forgot to return to me. I am now searching for a new laptop.
