Description of Work: They sprayed for both fleas an ants. It went well but apparently the infestation was bad enough that they came back after a couple weeks (absolutely not a result of poor performance). After calling, he immediately returned and performed a second treatment. His work was very professional and, as noted, guaranteed.

+ -1 moreSean arrived right on time and was even kind enough to let me revise the time a couple of hours later to fit my changed schedule. He was professional and knowledgeable. He looked at the ants climbing the detached garage and assured me they were the good kind, not termites or carpenter ants. He spent time looking at the exterior of our log home and suggested we find a professional caulker because that's how you deal with the triple issue of ladybugs, elderbugs and yellow jackets. He checked for openings in the crawlspace for mouse invasion and it was all fine. I felt like he was extremely ethical!!! He didn't try to sell us anything! (This was unlike the former pest company who sprayed our windows twice with gooey and quot;all naturaland quot; insecticide - twice because it didn't work the first time - nor the second. We just had to have our windows washed.) So Sean was great! I will definitely call him again if/when we have pest problems.
Description of Work: Sean was so very helpful in educating us about the ants vs. termites in this area as well as what to do about the ladybug/box elderbug/yellow jacket problems.
