She is honest, thorough and quick.

This provider was having serious personal issues. On several occasions she did not call to tell me she would not be coming. I could forgive the personal issues if she had given me the respect of calling to tell me she could not work for me on the dates we had originally scheduled. When she did show up, she did good work. I would never trust she would follow through on what she promised to do again, given my experience with her. She would never answer her phone. I could never leave a voice mail because her service always said, "This voicemail box is full and cannot accept anymore information". I have tried contacting her through her website email service, no response. I have tried to contact her through Angie's List email, no response. She must be rich not to care about customers!

I called this business three times. I received absolutely no response.

Dani has been cleaning for me for months. If I didn't like her work, I wouldn't continue to have her come back. She is a gem!

I don't dislike anything. She does a great job. She always finds a way to get me in her schedule. She is very thorough and anything I ask her to do, she'll do.

Dani called me within minutes of my inquiry on Angie's List. In fact, she is the ONLY person that contacted me. We set up a time for her to come to my house and see what I wanted. She was thorough in asking questions, especially about things I wanted moved and dusted. We set up her first time to clean and she was prompt. Her first visit took quite a long time since things had been neglected for so long. I felt completely comfortable with her in my home, and even left for several errands. Her first day ended with us setting the next date for her to come, and I gave her a key so she could get in if I had to be away for any reason. Her personality is wonderful as well!
