Great! Unfortunately I already had two potential realtors (one a personal friend of my son-in-law, and one a friend of my oldest son), so didn't hire for the actual sale, but with other circumstances, that would have been fine. I recommend the $99 -- especially if there is time before a sale and you want paint color advice or a host of other great staging help.

Francis walked through the property with us and provided some great home staging ideas for us when we listed our home with him. The items he suggested were spot on and were things that I may not have realized on my own. Francis' experience as a realtor and a contractor helped out immensely. From exterior updates with lighting, house numbers, plants and paint, to interior repairs and lighting changes, everything was relatively low-cost and easy to do. We think it made a big difference in the quick sale of our home and we highly recommend his services.

Frank?s experience not only as a real estate agent but as a licensed contractor/real estate developer helped ensure we received everything we paid for. The builder did not complete the required new home radon mitigation (and it was also missed by the city building inspector). Frank made sure the builder was required to have it properly installed before closing. I will use him again for future sales and purchases.
