They were very attentive. They were very nice and polite and got right to work on it. I only met them once just a couple of weeks ago. He goes down to where my daughter works for therapy and that’s how she met him. She wants us to get a house that has our home with a daylight basement or another property for her and her family to live. That way we were closer by and if we need something as we get older, she wants to be close and be with her mother. Her husband was really sweet too and we get along very well. So we met them in the house. They looked at our house and told me what it would be lifted for. I told them that it was impossible to get any future than what we were. This house had to sell and buy the other without owing any money plus it would be a double of what we had. They shot sale or fix her up fine. They asked me if duplex was fine and that was fine with me as long as the rooms were big enough. She put us on a special list and gave my daughter, on a short sale. I called and asked for room sixes and I went over and checked it out. I would not put my dog there. It was really bad. They have it on a special list and if something comes up he would immediately contact us. I signed no papers. They have put my up and started looking. I really liked them. They were on time to talk to us and look at our house. They came in and very polite. They sat down and talked to us. I took them through the house. They were very nice.
