+ -1 moreDebi is the easiest and best real estate broker I have ever worked with. If you want someone to get the job done, list with Debi or have her show you homes. She knows Wilsonville like the back of her hand and is of the highest integrity.
Description of Work: Debi Laue of the Laue team Hasson Company realtors was highly recommended for my area. I listed my parents farm with her. She took the intitiative to contact the County Planning department to investigate the division of my property. From there, we were able to divide it into three parcels, get the best marketing for each parcel and she went over and above requirements in advertising, signage, photographs, printing, etc. She advertised on many more websites than I expected, provided weekly view statistics of all websites, provided up to date information as prospects viewed property and followed up with each and reported to me the decision making process. Debi was never late, always did what she said she was going to do, and worked with honesty and integrity every step of the way.
