We were at the Home Show in January and was impressed in the ways we could organize our kitchen. Our kitchen was built in the 70's. We scheduled a time for them to come out and measure and give us a quote. Terry helped us figure out what to do about some wasted spaces in corners, baking sheets, cutting boards, etc. He had some great ideas about what to do. Showed us three costs for the same shelfs to fit our budget. We were surprised to get a better quality/finish to keep us under budget. Terry does the measuring and install, which makes for a clean install when he returns. My wife so so happy with the results. Its nice to be able to pull out the shelves to see what is in the back. We would defiantly recommend ShelfGenie to anyone that is sitting on the fence. The quote is free!

Suggestions for shelving units not carefully thought out; overpriced; flaky installer; condescending company owner. Need I go on? Don't do it. You'll be sorry.

Fantastic. The shelves are amazing and still amazing 18 months later.

I expect to love these shelves a lot for many years. The project was pretty expensive but the material and workmanship are high quality, much better than most of the add-on units a person could buy to install themselves. Delivery and installation was several weeks after the indicated time and no one ever contacted me about this. Once scheduled, the work went smoothly and professionally.

Installer was on time. With the exception of 15 min. break for lunch, worked steady for approx. 4 hours.

The service worked out for me very well. It was very good quality and very good service. Everything was exceptional.

Great experience overall. We purchased a home that had some very odd and non-functional cabinet space. We had installed Shelf Genie cabinets in a prior home and thought of them first for this install. Nancy the designer had great suggestions and was very professional and easy to work with on the plan. Patrick was the installer and was very pleasant, efficient and had me give input along the way for shelf heights, etc. Both Nancy and Patrick also were prompt with scheduling appointment times and such along the way. Thanks guys for helping give us a beautiful functional kitchen!! I've been a shelf genie customer now on 2 homes and will in any future homes as well! Thank you Nancy, Patric and Shelf Genie!!

No complaints. On time for both original meeting and installation. Efficient and helpful beyond required work. Nancy even came back w/installer to take out closet stuff and put back in.

Michael Dodson came yesterday and installed the slide out drawers he had designed on his last visit. He was efficient, quick, careful and very professional. The RESULTS are fantastic! The drawers are beautiful, strong, easy to use, and give us much more room to store items in our cabinets. Michael was wonderful throughout. We will be recommending him and Shelf Genie products to our friends!

Great quality, cool stuff, nice people but this deal is a but of a bait and switch. You pay 500 for a few gliding shelves then they try and convince you to get more as its not worth their time to do a smaller job (like the 500 dollar one you paid for). So I liked them but i feel the price is high for what they do and the angies list deal sold felt a little disingeuos.

We talked about how we use the kitchen and what all needs to be stored there. After taking lots of measurements, the shelves were ordered. About 6 weeks later they were installed. The whole process was great. I will be calling them again when I'm ready to do more of the kitchen.

Shelf Genie was professional and did excellent work. The planning and installation were easy and they answered all my questions. After the installation, I had a concern about a specific aspect of the job, and they returned to reexamine and take care of my concern. Their price seemed high, but the workmanship and the product are high quality so they explained that was why the price is higher then others.

I thought the sliding drawers were nice. I expected him to do more but it wasn't covered in the Deal.

The organizer, Leslie, came out and we selected shelving. Installer placed new shelves. Little misunderstanding when he was to return and remove spice rack. But everything worked out.

Everything went exactly as promised. Dan, the installer did a fantastic job and there were no problems whatsoever !! Thimmappa Anekonda, the sales person, was so very helpful in showing all of the options and made suggestions of what best met for our needs. Im so happy with the end result and I felt it was worth every $ spent. Thank you Thimm and Dan for a job well done : )

They were fine! It took about 8 weeks to get everything in. They never did get the shelving to glide correctly. It is just very hard to pull. They came out every time I called about the issue. They tried, they just couldn't fix it.

The owner came out and showed me all of the options. Then the installer came out to measure the cabinets for accuracy, installed perfectly.

Alan was on time and did a marvelous job of installing a variety of drawers. Excellent work!

The initial contact provided options for cabient shelving and took the initial measurements. the installer came to verify measurements for the lower kitchen shelves and for sliding shelves in the pantry. the first delivery date was not possible as I had to be out of town during that period. I asked if the custom shelves could be expedited. They were. The installer called a week earlier than I expected, installed the shelves. I love them. as an older person, it is so easy to slide out the shelves to get at items in the back rather than getting on my knees to dig out something.

Leslie Nibley was our consultant She listened to what we wanted, offered tons of suggestions and options and spent quite a while taking accurate measurements and drawing diagrams for the installer. She even sent us a thank you card for giving Shelf Genie our business. Dan Bean was our installer. He was prompt and friendly. He was very focused in his work and asked several questions to ensure he did things the way we wanted them. He even changed some things because we changed our minds and was not put out at all. Rather he told us he wanted us to have exactly what works for us.

They called to explain the service. I was unaware that the deal was as a discount to a larger service and that what was paid would not cover any services. Additional payment would be required that I was not prepared for.

I purchased this deal with the hope that it would help me with setting up a shelving system for at set of two kitchen cabinets but instead the deal would only cover maybe one or two shelves in a single cabinet. The vendor was very accommodating but we would have to spend another $2,500 to get the set of cabinets set up. I figured I would need to spend something over what the deal would cover but not that much and therefore I am going to explore less expensive organization options.

There was actually no product they were willing to sell for $500, so they cancelled the appointment. Disappointing. I have no idea what the actual product does or whether or not it might be something I'd like to spend more money on because the "starter" big deal was just a trick. Update: the provider is very willing to come out and take a look and provide an offer for what they can do for $500. I can't speak to the quality of their work but I'm sure it's great, once all is straightened out. I would give them a chance.

All the representatives from this company were very professional and easy to work with. The installation was performed in a timely manner, cleaned up and review of how product works was completed in 2.5 hours.
