 + -1 moreWe had a good experience selling our house with Marisa. She was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. The list price she suggested was higher than I expected, but we had a half dozen offers (five of which were above list price) within three days of listing and sold for about $20K above Zillow's suggested value. She helped usher the sale through to completion and we were able to close early. Her fee is 1% of the sales price or $3500 for homes under $350K, compared to the typical 2.5%. I don't think that a full-priced listing agent would have provided any more or better service.
