+ -1 moreWe calld for an estimate to replace 2 TVs, rebuild some cabinets and install a large flat screen. Andrew changed the initial appointment then came over to see what needed to be done. He had some great ideas and was very nice. He really seemed to know what he was doing and what we wanted. We had confidence in him. (Angie's list listed him as "A") Then he said he would get back to us with an estimate of the cost. He never did. My husband called several times and he did not return the call.

+ -1 moreWe contacted 4 companies from Angie's List, leaving messages for all, that we needed reworking of and additions to, an existing home theater system. This company was the only one of the 4 to return the call within 24 hours. When I explained what was needed, General Manager Andrew Riehle was very helpful, and we made an appointment for him to see the system and discuss options. This particular system had been installed by Adair Media several years ago, and they are no longer in business. It never really worked properly (user-friendly) and we were considering just disconnecting several aspects of it. Andrew got it all working properly and in a user-friendly manner. He and his tech came out when they said they would, did what they said they would do and charged what they estimated-no unpleasant surprises!
Description of Work: Provide and install two new MX900 Universal Remote Controls; re-wire and terminate components as needed; provide new tuner and activate Satellite radio; train homeowner on equipment.

Description of Work: We purchased a Fujitsu Plasma and Denon/Polk Audio 5.1 Surround system from Portland Sound Works. They saved us at least $1,000 off what we could find retail and online. Their install crew was on time and very professional, and they even did the patching and painting of the areas they had to cut into the wall. They had great service. I was 100% satisfied!
