Jerimiah was able to do a same day appointment. He was able to diagnose it with 30 minutes. He then drove across town to pick the part up, come back, and install it!

It was difficult to find anyone that installs a dishwasher. Once I saw that installation was in his business name, I knew this was probably a good idea. I had researched pricing for this job on the internet so when he offered his price I knew it was a good deal. He quickly installed the machine and then he spent some time showing me all the functions of my new appliance. He picked up his mess and he would have put all my things back under the sink area, but I offered to do it myself. I asked for several business cards to pass them around.

Jeremiah is nothing short of a miracle worker. Our newly purchased home came with a recently remodeled kitchen - but no dishwasher! To make matters worse, the cabinets were not built to standard (just slightly smaller), so it wasn't going to be easy to cut out a cabinet to fit a standard 24 inch dishwasher. We called many companies to try to find someone to help with the cabinetry and appliance installation and could not find anyone who could do both. We were beginning to fear that we'd have to settle for an 18 inch dishwasher just because the required cabinetry work would just be too tight. Then we finally found Jeremiah. He came out for an initial quote. After taking careful measurements, he concluded that he could, in fact, install a standard 24 inch dishwasher in the space. He offered us a quote that was all in: It included cabinetry work, possible electric (adding an outlet), dishwasher hook up to plumbing. Based on that, I ordered a dishwasher and called Jeremiah for installation once it arrived. Installation took almost 8 hours. Jeremiah had communicated that it would take him the whole day, so this was expected. What was not expected was Jeremiah's diligence! It would be too long a review to detail all the cabinetry work he did - but to summarize - he had to cut material from all 4 sides of the opening. He made a template to ensure straight and level cutting. He also went to Home Depot and had them perfectly cut a replacement cabinet wall for the cabinet under the sink! When it came time to install the dishwasher, he was very diligent in the way he ensured it was perfectly level and also properly put under the counter top. When he shared an initial quote, I thought it was high - but given that I could not find any one else to even get a comparison from, I went ahead with it. I am so happy at the quality of his work that I think it was money well spent. After a year without a dishwasher, I am thrilled!!! The only thing that wasn't an "A" was his timeliness. He was an hour late for both the initial quote and installation and I had to call him both times to confirm he was still coming (which he was). Not a huge deal as I understand everyone is different and sometimes other jobs cause delays - but just a call out. I would definitely use Jeremiah again!

Mr. Reed was extremely courteous, knowledgeable; a true professional and perhaps one, if not the best experience I have had with a professional service. As another reviewer mentioned, he use boot covers over his shoes on entering our home without us asking. We were having the vent hood over our stove replaced, so he covered the area so that dust and debris from the drilling did not cover the entire kitchen counter and floors. The installation was completed in just about an hour and I couldn't be happier with the result. In addition, the final price was the same as Mr. Reed quoted on the phone even though he had to step out and buy an adapter as the new vent hood had a different configuration than the old unit. Typically appliance repairs are going to be expensive, and at least for me I am always worried about whether I am getting a fair price, but with Mr. Reed I really believe that he will give me the best deal possible on appliance work in the future. I highly recommend Mr. Reed based on my experience with thus far.

Jeremiah was very courteous and professional. Had to work in very tight space and get inside dryer to add new connector, etc. Had to use good judgement to re-route the exhaust vent. Results were great.

First, although Jeremiah was booked, he came the same day we spoke when he had a cancellation. His professionalism was remarkable. He put on shoe covers without being asked. He explained potential additional material charges before beginning the work. He worked quickly and efficiently. He explained all the buttons and functions on my dishwasher in helpful detail after installation. He cleaned up after himself and answered questions. It's hard to imagine anything that could have improved the experience.

I called Larry on Monday and he came out Tuesday. I had called a couple other companies and could not get an appoinment until Thursday & Friday. I just randomly called people on Angies List. Larry came out when he said he would, fixed my display which was knocked out via power surge. It was done quick and Larry was very friendly and professional. When i find someone I feel good about I keep them in my phone for future service. Great professional service!

Larry was fantastic. We purchased an electric range at Sears, and he was contracted to do the installation. He was right on time, very polite and professional, and very mindful of our house and the new range. He wore shoe covers coming into the house. The installation was anything but routine. He had to trim the counter and level the floor since it was uneven underneath. The electrical was 4 wire instead of 3, which meant he had the wrong connection plug. and the back of the range did not fit under the counter like we had hoped. Larry worked around all these challenges and successfully installed the range. He also adjusted our dishwasher, since the range stuck out farther than we measured, interfering with the door clearance. He cleaned up after he finished, and took all the debris, packing, and old range when he left. I have not seen such professionalism or courtesy from a service tech like this. I would highly recommend him for any task in his wheelhouse.

Larry came on a Saturday to install a new oven. He was on time, completed the work very efficiently and took away the old oven and the packing! We have used Larry before to repair a washing machine. He is very responsive and professional and works quickly. The new oven was delivered to our front porch on a pallet. Larry had to move the oven into the kitchen and deal with the packaging. The new oven did not perfectly fit into the space and Larry worked to make to fit beautifully.

Larry was on-time, efficient and very professional with his service. I would not hesitate to contact him again. We actually had another service provider in working on the same day and he even commented how nice Larry was.

We completely renovated a rental property and when it came time to install a new side-by-side washer and dryer in the basement, we found that the floor was so unlevel that the W&D would not sit on the floor without rocking. It was going to take more that the levelers built into the appliances to level them. We called Larry Reed of Platinum Installation (from Angie's List) and he came out and looked at the equipment and then went to work. He had all of the equipment in his truck that he needed to level the appliances properly. This included lumber and other tools. While working at leveling, he also checked to see if the movers from Lowe's, who delivered the appliances, had removed the tie-downs inside the machines?they had not. He removed them thereby avoiding damage when we would have turned them on. Larry is clearly one of those rare people who loves what he does, takes pride in his exceptional customer service, and meets every commitment. We will use Larry for all of our installation and repair needs. He is very responsive in his email and telephone communication. I will refer Larry without any reservation.

Larry is as good as they come. He came out here twice and was punctual and diligent in both his visits. When we asked for assistance on a Saturday, he said, "no problem." When we tipped him at the end, he was so gracious acting as if he didn't deserve it. I would recommend Larry to anyone.

He was really nice and friendly. I made a mistake on what was broken so he had to go back out and get a part in the snow. He was just a great guy.

Would I or will I use Larry's service again if needed...."Absolutely" and I will recommend him to other people also !

He was very prompt and courteous. He had to go get the part and he was back in an hour and finished the job. Would certainly use him again.

Larry and I exchanged a few emails before making arrangements to install our new appliances, and we agreed on a price, date and time. Larry arrived when he said he would, did a very professional job, cleaned everything up nicely before leaving, and also was very helpful with pointers on how to use and clean our new appliances. I would not hesitate to recommend Platinum to anyone.

Larry was on time, came in and went right to work. We had to have the heating element replaced. He left was back with in the hour with the part.

He was on time as promised. Polite and Proffessional. He kept in contact before his appointment. He will be the only one we need to call for all our appliance needs. Super service!! Super guy!!

Larry explained what he did and found. He was very professional and courteous as well as careful about avoiding making an unnecessary mess. I definitely would call again. He had explained his pricing when we spoke on the phone. I think the cost was very reasonable.

We found that the control board was not working. He came out a few times and was able to a nice job. The amount of work that had to be done amazed me. He was able to get it working enough I could use it. He did a fantastic job.

After a kitchen remodel, the old disposal didn't want to work. The next morning, I started e-mailing for quotes, and Larry answered within minutes. The price he quoted was better than anyone else, and he was very responsive. He had an opening for the next day, and arrived exactly on time. Within 45 minutes the work was done, and my new disposal is working better than the old one ever did.

He came in there at 6 o'clock at, my dog loves him, he extremely continuous, reasonably priced, explains everything, he coming back out for me tomorrow!!

Platinum Installation identified the problem quickly and replaced all the defective parts in a timely fashion. Their repairman was courteous, prompt, and left the work area clean. Although there was some trouble in finding parts, he took care of it without any extra charge to me. In fact, he charged less than the original quote!

Larry was knowledgeable, patient and kind. We were running behind on rebuilding our cabinets and he has no complaints about our lack of timeliness. He simply helped out with getting the cabinet walls secured and then went about his business. It was a super experience from start to finish. We will have him out again soon to install our gas range once it arrives.
