+ -1 moreAt first, it was not an easy install. The installer stated he did not have the right equipment. Then Steve came on 7/14 and installed the screens with no problem. The company was responsive and took care of the earlier mistake.
Description of Work: We had new French Doors placed in our home and hired Phantom Screens to place the screen doors.

+ -1 moreWe spent about $325 for their services. It turned out really well. We didn’t like the color of the screen. They put in a silver screen and that didn’t match any of the other screens on the house. So, when we asked them, they came right back with a black screen that matched the rest and got it installed. They did a good job and were responsive.
Description of Work: Phantom Screens put in an invisible sliding screen door for us about six months ago.

+ -1 moreI told the story above,. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Also I must say Lowes did am amazing job as well in following up and making sure my needs were addressed.
Description of Work: I ordered a screen door for our back door which is a Pella sliding door and hard to fit for a screen door. Phantom called immediately to schedule and as soon as I got back in touch with them they sscheduled immediately for installation. After the door was installed I thought they had installed the wrong color as it appeared lighter in the sunlight than I expected. I called to indicate I thought the color might have been wrong and then consulted the website and realized I had made the mistake and ordered the wrong color. Ann at Phantom called back and could not have been nicer, She said thy would come out and replace and get it right for me. I was astounded!! It is rare to experience service like this! They came out tow days later and graciously installed the color I had intended to order!!! Simply amazing. Phantom makes a variety of products and they are a wonderful alternative to other "screening" applications for the home. I would recommend them highly!! Thanks Phantom!
