+ -1 morePatty invested in the process by personally providing the services of a stager, a measurer (to produce an accurate floor plan diagram) and a firm that produced a polished video virtual tour. She had good recommendations for various contractors, to help us prepare our house for viewing. When it was ready to be shown, it looked wonderful. We put our house up for sale in the worst real estate market in 50 years, so the process was emotionally grueling. By being consistently encouraging and supportive, Patty made the difficult situation bearable.
Description of Work: Patty represented us in the sale of our house. This included advising us in the preparation of our house for viewing, helping us pick a listing price, advertising the house, preparing fliers, making follow-up telephone calls after a showing, and advising during the negotiation process.
