+ -1 moreWe have a house in WestLinn, Oregon, that was built in 1991. In terms of building codes, the wild wild West, meaning not very many. We had EIFS siding that it is 34 years old and parts have deteriorated. Steve gave a very accurate and good assessment of our problem and despite being a stucco guy really directed us toward replacing everything with siding instead of suggesting his own product. This really indicates the best ethical behavior I can imagine. He was very responsive and informative. If we ever need stucco, he’s our guy.

+ 0 moreSteve is wonderful to work with. We hired him to skim coat a very rough cement basement wall. He came on time for an estimate, was certain of what he could do and how it would work out. He was prompt to reply to any questions. He showed up when he said he would. The job was finished within his estimate of cost and time. Steve is a master craftsman, a rare find these days. He takes care from setup to cleanup. His work is meticulous. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Obviously Steve enjoys doing what he does and is proud of it. He should be.
