+ -1 moreGreat crew, super efficient. They even filled a few spots in the frame as they went. Everything was done in less than 3 hours!
Description of Work: Replaced eight interior door slabs (hollow core 35+ years, really ugly) with solid core four panel. Included installation of everything new and removal/recycling of old doors. They even prepainted them before delivery, so they look fabulous!

doors, replacement windows
+ 0 moreSchedule challenge to arrange first delivery. Initial install OK. But then discovered a flaw in the garden window ($653.00 of $1,600 total). Additional appointment scheduled to repair window - a major challenge to arrange. Now, about 18 months after first repair on garden window, it's leaking. Time is only a fraction into the warranty. Another appointment now must be scheduled to repair the window a second time. Including delivery, this makes 3 appointments and possibly 4 if the repair person does not have what's needed after analyzing the problem. I called Tuesday, 2/15 and the service appointment is still pending - and this is for a window THAT IS LEAKING and may cause structural damage in the kitchen where it's installed. Net-net: Jeld-Wen's products, processes and support are second rate at best and I'd never recommend them under any circumstance, to anyone.
