They really worked well with my schedule. They went above and beyond. Their price and quality was great. They were ingenious. I had this railing that was wobbly, and they were ingenious in finding a safe and affordable option to keep it in compliance with city code.

They had come before in the past when I purchased my house about 5 years ago. They're good. They showed up on time and did a fine job.

Brian Bartholomew came to do an estimate within 1/2 day of our call. He gave us the welcome option of buying our own supplies, which saved us money. A company supervisor was available on the phone to answer my questions on exactly what we needed. Our leak was stopped by the seal replacement, as they thought. The two cut-outs in our garage ceiling for the automatic opener rails were closed up with new drywall sections. The worker was careful and polite, but was not told by the company that there were two areas to fill in. When it was made clear, he apologized and got right to work on the second section. The work was done well, in slightly over the time estimated, and a small discount made up for the misunderstanding.

This company performs excellent work. Very good price for the amount of labor (I had already purchased plumbing materials). Work done in a timely manner. Friendly office and responsive workers. I have used them for about 5 years for many and various remodeling jobs. They are capable of doing more complicated remodeling jobs than the one just done. I highly recommend this company.

Sent an email and didn't receive a response. So, I called a day later and left a message and never heard a single word. I moved on and used another provider. Work has been completed. I'm a little surprised that no one called me at work as I requested in my original email--but you obviously did respond to the email in a timely manner. Terrific! Communication was great via email and phone when seeking an estimate, setting up the appointment and on the day of the appointment. Installation went smoothly and looks great. They even hauled away the old ceiling fans and hood (how were we going to get rid of them?). Came to 3.25 hours at $69/hour, and got an Angie's List discount of $40. Would highly recommend them.

I got them from one of the Angie?s list sales. There were some big deals going on. Overall it went fine. Their services were highly satisfactory. He had a rather complicated hanging job to be done. Somebody else had hung it into a door where there was a pocket door and it had broken out creating a hole in the wall. So he had to think and do a job where it would be more stable. The customer service was fine. They were friendly. They came on time. I would use their services again in the future.

David and the associate were great. They were on time and ready to work. I felt a little bad that I didn't have more work them to do, but they did not seem concerned. They were in and out within 2 hours. My husband and I were very impressed. We would definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job. I had estimated that it would take 3 hours to load the POD. They did it in 1 hour and padded and braced all the furniture so when the POD moved there would be no damage. The were punctual and extremely pleasant and well mannered individuals. I know that they are set up to do more involved remodeling and handyman services but their willingness to assist with this task is commendable. I would feel comfortable in having the do most all services at our home. Their concept of doing services to assist older folks stay in their home is fantastic.

In Your Home arrived on time, did the work they said they would, came in on budget and did a great job overall.

Company was highly responsive. They suggested I book them for 3 hours and get the Angie's coupon so I got 3 hours of work for ~ $100. Ahead of time they asked for photos or copies of manuals so they could arrive prepared, and I sent them digitally. This worked great. Work was done in a very prompt & professional manner. I was very pleased and would definitely rehire.

The project went very well. They were on time, attentive to our needs as we were living in the house at the time. Quality of work was first rate. There was one minor problem with a with a wall outlet they installed. The only criticism is that they are not interior designers and I wished I had been a little more involved in some of the processes. But overall they did a great job. We are happy with the result.

We called David to do some handyman work for us and left a message. He returned our call in a very timely manner. We set up an appointment and he arrived on time. He patched a small area of interior drywall (approx. 3ft. square) that had been damaged. The final result was perfectly smooth, feathered in and textured to match the existing wall. He added a coat of primer and made it ready to paint. David also cut a small area of concrete about a 1/4 inch deep an inch wide by about two feet in our garage. The concrete pad had settled in our garage which caused the garage door to not seat properly. After the "cosmetic makeover" the door makes full contact with the ground for a good seal. We also had David install a pulley-type hanging bike rack on the ceiling of our garage. It came out perfect. David listened carefully to what we wanted, assessed our needs and preformed the work in a timely manner. He also cleaned everything up afterward. The price was right and we used an Angie's List "new customer coupon". We'd highly recommend David's "In Your Home" handyman service to everyone!

They did a really nice job the first time. They send the same person out. He is very pleasant, thorough, prompt and interested. They fixed the problem the first time itself and there were no further problems. I would use their services in the future too.

I like them. They are a very good company. They retrofit houses for senior citizens and this railing was for safety issues since it was going down a set of cement stairs.

I have worked with them in the past on small repairs for rentals and if it's a door that made a noise, dishwasher or a countertop that was disintegrating into a dishwasher. They don't mind if it is completely random things. I also called them to do a bid on a large project that had a lot of unknowns. Most contractors were not even willing to come out and look at it. I even told them that by the time they caught me back I had so many bids. They returned to me and said they would want my time right now and they were happy to do it. There was Thanksgiving around there and they were ready to go up there to do the repair what we couldn't even see. They helped me a lot. The bid on the project was about $7000. They do home repairs and I find them always impressively professional and prompt. Their prices are good. They are willing to really help and accommodate with the job. They seem to have the same level of responsiveness and it just feels great. I've been continually impressed with them on every project that I have invested for. I would call them again for small repairs, but perhaps someone that I feel very good about, a professional come out and any enquiries about them and I think that makes sense. I might pay more on that.

We contacted the company and within a few days, the owner, Brian had a look at the work that needed to be done. His estimate was very professional (he included photos of everything that had to be done) and we have no doubt that they could have done the work very well. The price was comparable with other bids. We ended up choosing another contractor, who had put more upfront time into investigating the specifics of our house by bringing in the electrician, plumber, and dry waller and having us consult with them before we signed the contract. This worked great for us. However, if you do not want to get involved too deeply into technical details but simply delegate the work, In-your-home seems a very good company to work with.

They had reasonable prices for what we had done. The workers who came out were sure to clean up after themselves and were very professional. They sent out workers who were proficient in the area in the type of work needed to ensure efficient and good work.

Brian and Dave kept us informed of service date, performed the work on time and below estimate.

The big advantage that In Your Home starts with is that they do it all: I contacted two other highly rated plumbing venders, but each wanted me to contact and arrange for the drywall and painting after installation. As someone new to the area and buying my first house, I really appreciated having only one person to deal with who also coordinated all the work. UPDATE: Unfortunately, over time, a lack of quality has shown up such as grouting in shower being done incorrectly and cracking, new door not being the quality I thought I had clearly specified, etc. Overall, however, the plumbing seems to be fine. They made every effort to be neat and they were, I was able to move in as soon as they completed the projects. The timeline given was accurate, the work done looks good, and everything has survived my first three months in the house. I was very careful to choose my own shower head for the remodeled bathroom as a key element was to raise its height, but I should have also looked at the fixtures--they gave me a low-to-the-ground water-flow controller for the shower that I would not have chosen had I thought about it. Their pricing was consistent with the other bids received.

Everything was just fine. The quality of their work is great, and they are honest, straight-forward people.

Decided to take on the flooring while dad was outta of town, so that it could be a surprise. Not only did we contact them on short notice but they responded with promptness and were helpful with every decision that needed to be made. We will hire them again and again.

I was able to get service the same day that I called, and the company was responsive to my request that THEY purchase the new light fixture for my front porch. (Reasons: I wasn't confident of being able to tell which light fixtures in a store would work in my particular situation--and, besides, I don't drive any more.) Dave asked me some basic questions over the phone about what sort of fixture I wanted and picked up something that did, indeed work out. He did a thorough job of installing it so it would be attached firmly. When he tested the light to see if it worked properly, we discovered that the switch for that light was also defective, so Dave replaced the switch (since he had a replacement switch right in his truck). I also appreciated that after re-attaching my rear light fixture, Dave caulked around it.
