+ -1 moreThe installation went well. The installer was professional and competent. The problem is that I was told that due to the size of the blinds, I would need two installers. So, I was charged in advance for this service. The day of the installation, only one installer came. He did a magnificent job. However, when I called the company to request a refund for the extra installer, the representative was not responsive and I have yet to receive a refund for services that were not rendered. It has been frustrating and has made me have concerns about the integrity of the company.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. As the work was being finished I showed him a problem with the backing on one of the blinds. He said he would take it to the shop and see what he could do. He wasn't gone an hour when he was back with the blind. He fixed it and didn't charge us for that small fix.
Description of Work: We had several blinds repaired and batteries replaced in high, out of the way blinds.

+ -1 moreHe came at the scheduled time and was very efficient. The service was very professional. After installing, he took the time to show me how to use the blinds. They cleaned up all their work. The installation looks great. One of the nice things was that he was able to do the installation on a Saturday, which worked best with our work schedule. The entire job took less than one hour.
Description of Work: Jason and his assistant installed Hunter Douglas blinds that I ordered through CostCo. This was five blinds.

Description of Work: Jason did a great job of installing the 5 blinds around my house. He was prompt and took the time to show me how to avoid future problems with them. I also appreciated that he offered to take out the brackets of the prior curtains, and was very gracious about making the process as easy as possible.
