They arrived on time. They worked quickly, were efficient and quiet as they worked through the rooms. My husband works from office in our home and there was no disruption for him which we really appreciated. They even made sure they finished up one of the bathrooms right away to minimize inconvenience of having bathroom out of working order. We had cleaned all of the surfaces that were to be sealed before they arrived, then they gave everything except the tile and grout another going over before starting. The sealer on the glass, sinks, countertops and toilets dried immediately and has very little odor. The tile and grout required a different sealing technique that does involve sealer that has strong odor but with bathroom door closed, windows open, bathroom fans running, the bathroom was odor-free by late afternoon. We are very satisfied with the sealants; I can see a huge difference in the shower where the water beads up now as compared with the previous sealer that did not do that. We have dark granite that used to show streaks pretty easily even though I am an obsessive cleaner. When Mark came by to do estimate, he put sealer on a small portion of the granite so I could see the difference and most surprising I could feel the difference when running my hand over the portions with and without the sealer. Now that they are sealed I am able to wipe them down without having to go back 'polishing' all of the time to eliminate streaks. I had sealed it before with an expensive product sold from the stone company but there is no comparison with the Diamond Seal on it now. The sinks look amazing, so shiny and the water beads up making them look new. The toilets, like the sinks look so shiny now and I like the idea that there is a layer of protection so the toilets are easier to keep clean. Wish we had known about their service sooner, would have had all of this done when the house was new. I understand the Diamond Seal has several years of warranty after being applied but will gladly have them come back in the future if needed.
