+ 20 moreOwnerOwners Chris Matheny and Dana Hardwick Matheny took our money (90k) and aband one the project after approximately 25k of work. Some major problems with the work done. Falsly listed electrician and plumbers on permits with city. Performed tasks poorly. Horrid experience.

+ -1 moreDishonest in communications about why project is still not complete after 5mnths, incompetent execution, asked for more money after claiming a loss on 1st 3rd of project. 2/3rds never completed site left hazardous to residence occupants , no clean up ,, had to hire out separately never gave right to lien notices or agreed upon examples of materials walked away from project with 50% of funds in hand for 30% of work partially completed unwilling to finish contracted commitment , claiming misbid and more money needed. or bad weather. uses dishonest tactics and has no real knowledge of ethical contracting practices. refuses to refund portion of down payment funds due to client. very very dishonest ,
Description of Work: failed to execute a schedule and complete project in a timely and professional manner, as stated in contract, missteps and incompetence galore. and they love to lie.

+ 0 moreIt’s been going great. The guys coming over to do the work are friendly and professional. It’s like having friends and family over to work on my house. They are very quick and professional. The quality of the work is exceptional and they have fun working too. It's been a great experience.
