Cloud 9 Professional Cleaning Services

Very personable and professional - intersested in each room checking for stains. Took time to inspect and note areas and make comments on traffic patterns etc. Carpets came out well and seemed much cleaner - took a while to dry but not an issue. Only one complaint in that there was a stain left in the middle of one of the bedrooms, which I think should have been noted when they left. It has sense lightened and is not noticeable.

How did it go? Well, I thought it initially went well until we moved in. That is when we discovered what Cloud 9 did, or for that matter, what they didn't do. When I chose Cloud 9, I did so from reading recommendations from previous clients of Cloud 9 here on Angie's List. They were pleasant on the phone and offered me a deal to clean the house and do the carpets at a discount rate. The deal was for up to 6 hours of house cleaning and all of the carpets. To be completely honest, they did tell me that I needed to download a "To Do" list from their website, circle the items that need the most attention and then they would do their best to accomplish that in the allotted time. I had forgotten the list at my previous residence when it was time to meet the cleaning people at the new house to let them in. I apologize to the cleaning person that I forgot to bring the list, but told her that we really needed the kitchen and dining room tile floor cleaned because it was filthy. She said it wasn't a problem about the list, she had a set routine to clean the big hitters and she would get right to work. I asked her if she knew that the carpet guys were coming in behind her to do their part and if she was going vacuum the carpets. She indicated that the carpet guys were going to take care of that and off she went. I was in and out of the house on that day bringing stuff over to put in the garage so I didn't check up on her much. I did poke my head in to see how she was and if she had any questions and she said she was fine and no. About three hours later she said she was done and would only charge me for the time she was in the house. The carpet guy came in not long after she was finished and went to work on the carpets. I left and came back with our new Fridge to install and he was done by that point. We brought the Fridge in and there was a nice citrus sent from the carpet cleaning. We put in the Fridge and didn't come back until Sunday to move the rest of our stuff in. After the move, my wife went out of town on Monday for biz and we carried on our normal hectic routine that week until Friday when my wife came back. That Saturday we were unpacking the kitchen and discovered that the kitchen floor had not been cleaned. We also discovered that the carpets hadn't been vacuumed prior to cleaning them since we found all sorts of items in the carpet from walking around the house. Items that would have been discovered from vacuuming. To be completely honest again, I procrastinated calling Cloud 9 about the issues that we found with the cleaning for about 10 days. When I did call, I talked to the same lady I set up the cleaning appointment with and told her what we had discovered. She said she would have to talk with the cleaning people and she would get back to me BEFORE the end of the day. THREE DAYS LATER and no response from Cloud 9, I called them. Again, I talked to the same lady that I had talked to before and she said that she was going to call me that day...hmmmm. She said she talked to the cleaning person and I did not provide them with the "To Do" list. I told her that I had forgot to give it to the cleaning person but the cleaning person said it was not a problem. The lady said that the list is REQUIRED to do the cleaning. Sensing a dodge here, I then said the cleaning person should not have started work without that list. I also told her that I specifically told the cleaning person that the major thing I needed done was the kitchen/dining floor to be cleaned. More dodging ensued so I shifted my focus onto the carpets and the lack of vacuuming. The lady's main response was that I had waited all of those days to call them and tell them, so it's basically my fault. It was also my "responsibility" to do a walk through and bring up issues at that time. Was I supposed to do a spot clean on the floors to check on her work? NEVER A SORRY, NEVER a "how can we make this right". All responsibility was pushed back on me. I was so disgusted that I ended the conversation. They are a customer service based business. If they do not provide good service, then they should own up to it! I will NEVER use or recommend them in the future. I generally do not like to write bad reviews. If someone I hire doesn't fulfill their obligations, I never use them again. This adventure went beyond my pain threshold and deserved a response from me. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

They were prompt, polite and did a good job cleaning. Would definitely use them again.

It appears there is a disfunctional partnership in this company. One person agreed to honor the coupon and scheduledthe service, then I received an email from the other saying they did not service my area for anything less than $200. When I called and spoke to the other person she said offered to pay an additional $100 for addition work she said that she would speak to her partner and arrange something. I never heard from her again. I believe Angies List needs to screen their big deals better. I know I won't use the service again.

We have a condo on the 15th floor of a high rise so it's tricky finding carpet cleaning service that is not truck mounted and can be brought up the elevator. The company was easy to contact and to schedule with. On the day of service, the workmen were prompt, courteous and did a great job. I was amazed that a portable unit could give the results we got. I'm very happy and will use this company again.

They showed up at the date and time specified. They charge by the window. I had 21 windows and they only charged me for 20 because two windows were small. They cleaned windows inside and out, cleaned the screens, and the window tracks. They windows look fantastic.

The Cloud 9 caller was impatient, and told me to get a refund to get rid of me when I was busy on the first few times he suggested. They advertise rug cleaning. I have a little 10 minute rug spot to clean, but he refused to combine housework and rug cleaning, saying I need to pay for an additional appointment. He asked me if I called for rug cleaning or housework, which is a stupid question, as if they were separate needs. Given his rude intolerant attitude evident in the tone of his voice, I told him I would not do business with him.

Dana and her partner arrived on time and were professional. I needed help with dusting and cleaning cupboards\drawers while moving in to our new house.

The guys were super courteous and nice. They were efficient. They were careful. We were very impressed.

Ben the cleaning technician arrived in time, he carpet shampoo and clean the rooms. He did well and I'm happy with result. I would recommend this company.

I first used Cloud 9 for a deep cleaning service, window washing and carpet cleaning...awesome job. Regular housecleaning is wonderful. The problems I have had are minimal and the owners are extremely responsive when I bring it to their attention.

I was unable to use the deal due to the fine print details with the Big Deal. They were responsive and professional with me.

We recently completed a remodle of our kitchen and we had dust everywhere and even in the rooms not part of the construction. She thoroughly dusted the entire house! We are considering getting on a regular cleaning schedule with this provider.

We needed our carpets cleaned for our move out of a house. He was very pleasant to deal with, showed up when he was supposed to and did a beautiful job. Nicely done Cloud 9! Thank you for making this part of the move painless.

They were very fast and very good, the rugs looked wonderful after they were done.

We were VERY pleased with the quality of the carpet cleaning service. The young man who did the cleaning was polite, professional, and obviously knew what he was doing. We will have this vendor back in the future and recommend him to our friends. We also had them come back to do window-cleaning. Excellent service, excellent work by a young man named Ben! (Wow!) I will write a review for them about this if it's in Angie's list. We will have them back to do the windows again and again as long as the service is as great as it was this time!

They did a wonderful job, I was very impressed. They were able to get my daveno sofa amazingly clean. My little dog had darken the sides of the white sofa and I thought it wouldnt be able to get clean, and they were able to bring the sofa back to life.

they called me when they were 20 minutes away to let me know the approximate time of arrival. they were on time and there were two of them so they explained the 4 hour angie's list deal I bought would account for 2 hours of their time since there were the two of them working at the same time. they proceeded to ask me what I wanted to prioritize and explain how long each of the areas would take them based on how dirty/clean they looked. So based on that I gave them my priorities. Start with bathrooms, then kitchen and then walls and floors. they cleaned all and I was happy with the results, they asked me to come verify that all looked like I expected. One thing they did not have was change for the payment. Of course they did not expect I would ask them to clean a little longer ( 1 extra hour) so they went to get change and came back. that is a non issue but thought I would mention it so anyone asking for additional time would be prepared to provide exact payment. I would recommend their services. they were professional and responsible.

Cloud 9 Professional Cleaning Services turned out great. They were fast and they got a lot done. I didn't have to pay anything besides the big deal purchase. I was pleased.

Overall the service was GREAT! When I called in to request the service I was offered a number of times and dates to choose from. I was called by Dana Miller (the lead cleaner) prior to them showing up to make sure that I was here and we were ready for them to do the work. They showed up on time and actually finished earlier than we thought they would. We were charged ONLY for the actual time they were here working and NOT some standard fee that so many other cleaning services offer. I would call them anytime for a deep cleaning or weekly cleaning services. Be sure to ask for Dana Miller to be your cleaner - she does a fantastic job!

The cleaning part was great. I asked her to come back and she said I had to schedule it with her owner and I said ok and she said I could not talk to her today because she was in church which was fine. I asked her to pass along the message and they never called me. I was disappointed in that because I did need a cleaning lady for a regular basis. They came out within a day of me calling them. The gal that was here did a great job and got done earlier then anticipated.

Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. Starting with the scheduling of appointment to the owner herself coming after her employees had finished the job to see that I was satisfied. The employees were exceptional and went right to work and did not stop until they were done. I would hire them again in a minute and plan to do so very soon.
