Cloud 9 Professional Cleaning Services

Initially the carpet looked pretty good. There were a couple of areas that the provider said he couldn't get out which was understandable. In one high traffic area it initially looked like it cleaned up well but after a week or so the stains seemed to slowly show themselves again, not sure why.

The service was excellent. Lars the technician showed up right on time and finished 30 minutes less than the estimated time. The service uses a special citrus scented cleaning product and then a rotational "brush". I have two cats so examined for any staining that did not get cleaned. All looks great and there is no long drying time.

It is always a pleasant experience! Any my home feels so welcoming after they are through.

The ladies arrived 10 mins late and called/texted to let me know, but once they arrived it took them 20 mins to come in and then they did a walk through etc and by the time they started the job, it was almost 30 mins past the original time, yet they started the clock only 10 mins past the time. How can it take 20 mins for them to get their stuff and if they do take that much time how can they charge me for that. They definitely knew how to work the system and realized that I was a first time customer so they swindled me, They were ready to stop work 5-10 mins early for a final walk through which was also included in their paid time!! I had coax her into doing a little bit more cleaning for the time left. They were also quite rude and I did not feel comfortable giving them any instructions. I went with a different company next time and had a much better experience.

We have used Cloud 9 for 2-3 years and they always do an excellent job. We just moved into a new townhouse and had them come out to clean our carpets. Our entire house is carpeted with the exception of the laundry room, entry hall and kitchen, which amounts to over 1,000 sq. ft. of carpeting. They came a little earlier than they expected but waited patiently until we got home. Then proceeded to do another excellent job. They are always very friendly and thorough. We highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone needing professional carpet cleaning at a reasonable price.

He was going to be an hour late and he called before to tell me that and arrived within the new scheduled time. He moved quickly and did an excellent job. I will no doubt use Cloud 9, again.

Cleaned my carpet beautifully. Very professional. Very considerate and caring. I have a black long hair cat who leaves cat hair all over the place and a Siamese who throws up all the time. Cloud 9 took care of it all. Beautiful carpet when they were done.

They did a great job! We had 23 windows for them to clean, including a large skylight. Will be using them next for carpet cleaning! Very professional and courteous.

Arrived on time, and did a great job for the price quoted. I was a bit worried since this I was expecting a water extraction system (spray hot water, vacuum up) but this is not that type of carpet cleaning - it's a lightly sprayed on solution (by hand pump) and then a buffer disc. In any case, they cleaned out the stains that were in the carpet and it looks good despite being fairly cheap carpet, and didn't take long to dry, so overall it seems to work well. Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

With 3 kids, light beige carpet and of course high traffic areas....Cloud 9 keeps my almost 15 year old carpet looking like new!!! Impressive from first contact to last. First contact: after hours, but they had a live human being taking messages. Rare! Second contact: after scope of job changed from housekeeping + windows to windows-only, I spoke with Jeremy. He was clear, helpful, flexible and understanding about the time pressure I faced, and patient in explaining their newer, greener process for exterior window cleaning. It uses ionized water in the place of chemicals....he can better explain. For my part: it works! The windows positively sparkle, and no bad solutions or soap hit the ground. Lars and Jose showed up exactly on time, in a nice clean van (i.e., no sketchy vibe.) They got right to work, worked efficiently, were kind to me (and my dog!), and were about 10x faster than I ever could have been, even with the right equipment. On wrap up gave me a detailed printed invoice as well as an emailed receipt. I got an Angie's List discount, and they did not ask for anything (i.e., this review) in return. I have used another service in the past and thought I'd be a repeat customer. I even called them to see about an appointment. But I had a good feeing about Jeremy and this company, and I'm glad I made that choice. I look forward using them again for upholstery cleaning, and perhaps even trying their housekeeping service too. Keep up the good work, Jeremy! You run a pro business.

I left a key for them since I was going to be at work. They called to give me notice they were on the way, did the job professionally and called me when they were done. Great job with the cleaning.

The technician was on time and did great work! The carpets smell fresh and look so much better. Great service. Would definitely have them come out and do the carpets again.

The scheduling went well, the service representative called to confirm the arrival time on the day scheduled, and was exactly on time. The service representative explained the process well and performed the request service in a professional and detailed fashion. I was/am impressed and pleased with the service. It was a damp-day outside in the 40s, which probably explains why it took longer to dry then the "typical" expectation I was indicated - and I don' t heat the house much - but this was not a problem.

They cleaned 21 windows, 2 skylights inside and out. I liked them and the windows looked good.

When another service provider failed to show up, I called Cloud 9. They were willing to come on short notice (same day) and they did a great job for us.

Two cleaners arrived on time and performed a good job. However, they tried to leave more than 1/2 an hour before their shift was scheduled to finish, which would have been an hour of prepaid labor forfeited by me and, hence, no bargain. When the shortage was noted, they did stay the entirety, albeit, exhibiting some irritation over the matter.

They were terrible. It was long enough and that was last year. The girl was late and she first took a rest when she came. I left for two hours and let her do her thing. When I got back, only half of my place was cleaned. It was still dirty. I contacted the owner to complain. She said that they were told that the girl ran out of time. I’ve never had anybody ran out of time with the four hour cleaning. She was here four hours. I was really upset because the bathroom door wasn’t even clean. They have a checklist. The bathtub and shower door wasn’t clean. It was so hazy. She checked up and cleaned it. They sent the worker out again. The girl said that she doesn’t know how to use the cleaning solution. She cleaned it again but it was still a mess. The owner wasn’t exactly professional. She got really defensive.

Excellent service. One chair was badly stained due to my daughter's two dogs always rubbing up against it. Kevin got it back to it's original state/ The other chairs had numerous spills. Now i have beautiful looking chairs and bar stools. I will use this service again.

I schedule a 3 hour service every month for which i pay around 100$. The housekeeper who comes to work for me is really meticulous and does a good job cleaning everything. She is prompt and friendly. Shows up on time and does exactly what I ask of her. I am very happy with Cloud 9 services. I may go on to hire Cloud 9 for bi monthly services as money permits.

We booked Cloud9 for 10 hours of deep cleaning of our home as we are selling our home. The house is empty and had some prior cleaning. They initially said they would come at 11 AM, then changed to 12:30 PM. Two females showed up and the plan was to clean for 5 hours. We were told to print a priority list which we did but the list was not given much importance. One of the ladies went upstairs to clean and one stayed downstairs to clean the kitchen. We were totally unimpressed by their work as most rooms still had lot of cleaning left behind. The lady who started cleaning the kitchen took the entire 5 hours to clean the kitchen and it was still not completed. The other lady rushed and did some superficial cleaning of all the other rooms. In the last 10 mins, they started vacuuming and mopping the floors. When we went out for lunch and came back after 1.5 hours, we saw the lady cleaning the kitchen playing with her cell phone and still standing near the same cabinet which she was cleaning before we left. They left more mess on our floors which we had to clean after they left. We will not hire them again, we do not recommend their service.

He did a wonderful job -- the windows look amazing. He was tall so he could reach all the nooks and crannies. He was very polite and I would definitely rehire him in the future. Thanks!
