Description of Work: I'm sorry that I did not review sooner but Cloud 9 cleaned my 1500 sq ft home and did a fantastic job. The owner and three employees worked for four hours non-stop. They did an excellent job and were very accommodating to my requests. They went above and beyond that they all received a tip.

Description of Work: I hired Cloud 9 to clean the carpets in the condo we rent out. I wanted to get the job done quickly since it was vacant and we wanted to get it rented again asap. They were able to come out the next morning. Their tech (Lars) was on time and finished the job (2 bedrooms, living room, and stairs) in about an hour. Overall, Cloud 9 was courteous, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: I hired this company to clean a friend's house that she was moving into. They did an excellent job. It's great that they have a sheet where you can circle what you want done and in what priority. My friend is very pleased with the work they did. And I would hire them for myself if need be.

Description of Work: They arrived right on time and thoroughly cleaned my 3 bathrooms, paying attention to the fact that one is marble and needs a special cleaner for the stone (which I was happy to provide). They vacuumed all areas of the house, thoroughly dusted everything and mopped all my hard-surface floors, using my special cleaner for the wood floors, as I requested. I was very pleased with their work. They had me provide a list of tasks to perform and the order in which they were a priority for me. They followed all my instructions and completed almost everything within the allotted time. I have used this company for carpet cleaning and was very pleased with their service and professionalism too.
