Cloud9 was pleasant and nice. I like the machine they used, because it helped to keep the rugs fairly dry. Their prices are reasonable, especially if you can catch them during a sale. I’d have no problem hiring them again.

I love Cloud 9. I have 2 older dogs that make messes in the house, and Cloud 9 not only makes the carpet/rugs look new but everything has a nice odor and dries quickly. Also, they have been so accommodating (coming the same day when I have told them about the messes that need cleaning immediately). I've used them at least 5 times and will continue to use them.

This company is run by a very nice, reliable couple, and I think they are fabulous! They are incredibly fair with their pricing, and they’ve always been professional. I’ve obviously been happy with their work, and I’ll continuing hiring them as needed.

I was a little disappointed by Cloud9, because they weren’t as thorough as I would have liked. For example, they used a Swiffer to mop my kitchen floor. That being said, I thought the crew was professional and polite.

Called Cloud 9 from the good comments on AngiesList. Talked to Jeremy. I told him what I wanted done and the approximate size of my home. Jeremy gave me a bid over the phone and depending on if I wanted any couches cleaned what that charge would be as well. I made an appointment. Kevin showed up on time, was very polite & professional. He explained their cleaning process and did the job. He worked for about 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. He did a very good job and we were able to walk on the carpets within 1 to 2 hours depending on which carpet areas were cleaned first. I would use Cloud 9 again, and thanks for a great job Kevin!

Cloud 9 sent an amazing carpet technician out to my home who was very courteous and efficient. He cleaned all of the carpets for me and some extra rugs in the home. He got a stain out of my carpet that was from an oil crayon that I thought would never come out. The next day one of the owners came to my house to look at cleaning it for a party that night. She got one of her cleaning people out that day to do an amazing job and on short notice! They will be cleaning my home biweekly from now on as they are an amazing company to do business with! Jeremy and Alicia are the owners of Cloud 9 and both are great people to deal with along with the employees that I have met.

Arrived on time. Moved and/or protected large furniture, did the spotting, shampooing and drying very efficiently. We're in and out in less than two hours with everything returned to its rightful place and instructions given.

We chose them based on personal referral and because their carpet cleaning technique is a unique low-moisture method that was very important to us. Every promise they made was met and the results exceeded our expectations. Thank you Cloud 9 for a professional, healthy, and friendly experience.

They used a different kind of carpet cleaning which is low moisture. I didn't have to wait too long for the carpets to dry. The customer service was very good. He gave me a good rate on the cleaning area. I would use them again.

I had my office and main walking areas done. They were very black and many spots on a cream colored carpet and most of them totally disappeared. Fast drying, professional and very reasonable price.

Told us the time he'd arrive and showed up on time. Worked around the rooms to help us move some furniture for better access. Vacuumed, then raked the floors and gave attention to areas we'd requested. Floors were almost dry in an hour and the result is just as we expected.

I call on Cloud 9 probably every three months. I have referred several friends, and they have been very satisfied also. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I don’t remember the price. It was a very specific service, so I don’t know how relevant that is. I know it was very reasonable. We were super happy with the work he did and it was a great price. He was very informational. We didn’t know what we could do with our floors and we didn’t want to refinish them; we knew that, not yet anyway. So he offered suggestions for making them look great without actually refinishing them, not quite yet. He was very knowledgeable. He was super efficient. He was in and out very quickly. The floors definitely look incredible. There were a lot of hard wood floors which were old and damaged, and he still managed to do them real quick. He was great. I would definitely use his services again in the future. In fact we are scheduling something later.

This is the third time Jeremy's cleaned our carpets and each time, he's been punctual, professional, thorough and economical. He moved the furniture, vacuumed and cleaned a white wool carpet, removed all the easily seen spots and dirt and cleaned the steps and basement wall to wall carpet, making it look new. He told us exactly what it would cost up front.

We are repeat customers because their professionalism, quality work and service and affordability brought us back. To provide quality work, the job took longer than the original bid estimated, which did not cost us anymore money. They honored the original bid. They also offered a holiday discount, saving about 25% off the bid amount. The cleaning materials used were gentle, with no discernible odor. Where a sofa cushion had previously been spot cleaned, leaving a stained area, they cleaned the entire cushion and removed the stain. I enjoyed having them in my home and will welcome them back the next time.

This company was very professional in their work. The carpets are exceptionally cleaner and better than when we used a steamer carpet cleaning company.

Referred to us by a friend. My wife called, setup time to come out and they came when they said they would. Work was completed that morning. We'd moved most of the furniture we could, but he worked around what was left in family room. Dry time was shorter than expected. Was also less expensive then the last carpet cleaner we had who did less area.

They do excellent work. They are professional, courteous, and on time. It is owner operated, and you do get personal contact from the owner. I have used them about 8 times and have been totally satisfied each time I used them.

Overall not happy with the experience. Expensive, with poor service and follow up. I specifically asked over the phone when making the appointment if they vacuum the edges and corners (because of pet hair) and they said yes. I made the mistake of paying before I had inspected the job they did, and upon inspection I saw that the edges & corners were as dirty as they had been before the job. Other than ignoring the edges & corners, the rest of the carpet looked OK, but still had some stains (not sure if these are possible to remove). I have tried contacting them about the lack of edge/corner cleaning that they promised, but they have ignored all attempts at contact.

Jeremy was immediately accessible for our initial inquiry about their services. He was professional and polite in providing helpful information about the company and process. Josh arrived on time and performed the work as discussed over the phone with the company owner: (1)vacuumed carpet, (2)sprayed a non-toxic solution on carpet, and (3) buffed with cleaning pads. The entire process took under two hours. The carpets definitely looked and smelled clean. A couple of tough stains remained in place. We appreciated the fast dry time (approximately one hour, although some areas took a little longer). We were pleased with the overall experience and will plan to invite them back for future service.
