Cloud 9 Professional Cleaning Services

I contacted the company and was able to schedule the service for 4/8; however, the owner told me she would contact me if anything opened up earlier (I wanted it done ASAP). She contacted me on 4/3 and the cleaning was done on 4/4. The total time came in a little above what was estimated, but I added a couple things that I had forgotten on the phone (like the ceiling fan being covered in some black sooty material). They did a great job and the unit was definitely in move-in condition when Tammie, the lady who did the cleaning, was done. I would definitely use them again for a move out cleaning and am considering arranging regular service.

This service was easy from start to finish. I called up, we set up a time that was convenient, and the work was performed on time. The gentleman who came by to clean the carpets was punctual, friendly, and he took care to do a good job. Our carpets were upstairs so he carried all of his equipment upstairs (he did not use a truck based hose setup) and worked very quickly and efficiently. We inspected the carpets before he started work, and he asked me if I knew what certain stains on the carpet might be. Most of our stains are from a dog and kids with muddy shoes so everything came out very nicely. I was very satisfied with this company.

cloud nine had been at my house a week earlier for window cleaning. That was a good experience. This time however was not. I have a small house and left a list of things that I wanted addressed. When I came home , all I got was a clean kitchen and bath. The rest of my home was untouched. I was really surprised, as I didn't see my home as that dirty. I called them to find out why only two rooms were cleaned and express my disappointment, they were vague and said " oh thats good to know, next time we will have more communication with our clients" For me there won't be a next time.

I was very pleased with the efforts of the cleaning person. He was on time, asked what caused various stains and took great care to get rid of them. He managed to get out a large stain that had resisted the efforts of others. My carpeting is approx. 25 years old and after the Cloud 9 cleaning it looks almost as it did new. Cloud 9 is my 'go to' for future carpet cleaning.

Our Cloud 9 technician, Kevin, arrived promptly and single-handedly did all the work in a single visit. The work was professionally done, and we are completely satisfied. The price was quite fair after application of an Angie's list discount.

I called Cloud 9 on a Saturday and had a long discussion with Alicia on the services they provided. She was very helpful in giving me information and talking through the different services. And then she was able to schedule us for the next week. When there were schedule changes, she called and let me know to make sure it would work for me. The overall cleaning was fine - I've had other cleaners get through the list faster, but what I appreciated most was the amount of communication. She called to let me know that the cleaner may not get through the list and asked what I wanted to do. I also had her come and give me an estimate of how much it would cost to clean the house. She was running late but called to make sure I knew. Definitely appreciate the level of customer servie this company has. You don't see that much with many of the housecleaning companies. I've had cleaners who I never know when they will be coming to clean. Sometimes they don't even show up and I've to call them or email them to see what was happening. Cloud 9 is the polar opposite!

Showed up on time. Did a great job, very thorough. Did a walk-through at the end to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Best experience with a housecleaning service we've had in Portland.

Was able to schedule for 2 days after call. Kevin was on time. worked quickly and did a terrific job. The sofa was filthy and he made it look brand new. The light beige carpeting was quite stained and he got out much more of the stains than I thought he possibly could. The cleaning solution he used had no chemical smell and dried very quickly. The price was excellent. I would use them again in a minute and certainly will next time I have the carpeting and furniture cleaned. And in fact I plan on calling them to use their house cleaning services to have my house cleaned as well.

Easy to get hold of, prompt scheduling. Kevin was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Carpet looks great.

They didn't have a lot to do but they did a good job. They were timely. One thing was that they left a window open which could be dangerous. The price would have been more fair if they had more to clean.

They came to remove a couple spots and instead went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean. They are so nice and personable and are always there right on the dot. If they are early, they call to let you know. If a stain pops back up they come right back out to fix it. Their availability is very good and can usually show up within a day or two.

I thought Jeremy was extremely professional. He emailed me his bid quickly; I think I received it within twenty four hours of our meeting. However, the price wasn’t competitive enough, so no work was ever performed.

I initially found Cloud 9 through an online deal. They were really responsive when I called to schedule my appointment. The carpets were cleaned quickly, and I think they did a really great job. I also really liked how quickly the carpets dried. They even left us with some additional coupons for future work.

I like Cloud9, and I think their prices are reasonable. They’ve always done good work. The owner of the company lives in my community, and I first heard of Cloud9 through a community group. I like that they’re a local provider, and I’m happy to recommend their services.

All of our units are vacant when the carpets are cleaned – they are always able to handle our requests for timeliness in turnovers. Cloud 9 is very good to work with, and we use their services a great deal. We would definitely recommend them.

I thought everything went very well. They were exceptional friendly and professional. I was really impressed by their customer service. It seemed to me they were definitely more than willing to accommodate my requests. I plan on calling them back again.
