Originally hired for insulation, they had the highest bid, but i liked that they are a local, family run business. Took time to explain everything & helped troubleshoot another problem i had with heating. Work was done on time and left all areas clean. David and his son, who did the insulation, went above & beyond. Decided to have them do annual furnace maintenance as well; the fee is very reasonable.

I bought an Angie's coupon for a furnace/AC tune-up for the new house I bought. Just wanted a professional opinion of the furnace. They gave me 3 hour window to except him and he called 45 minutes before he arrived just to let me know he was on the way, which I appreciated. Very friendly, got right to work. Gave me answers and suggestions to all my questions. Very pleased. Office was also nice to deal with, pleasant and accommodating.

My experience with them was really nice. They were really responsive. They came out pretty quick. There was an additional fee on top of the $45 Big Deal for the filter. We had them come out and look at our filter system which actually was not an issue and then, we had the option of buying a filter which is what we chose to do. It was not something that surprises. It was a thing that we chose to do. Scheduling was probably the easiest. They came out really soon and it was starting to get hot. We kind of needed that air conditioning. So, that was nice. They were starting to get busy too.

They arrived on time but the job took a little longer than they expected. Otherwise the work was thorough and cleanly executed.

Price for blower capacitor (+labor) was competitive and fair. Blower is noticeably more powerful and steady now!

The tech did a much more detailed checkup and service, even waxed and polished the A/C unit. Very thorough. I had a special coupon through Angie's List and was amazed at how much he did.

Went well. Bought two special unit prices for the services. I was contacted by Bull Mountain even before I made it home. Had to ask them wait until I could be off the road and call safely. As it turned out they had a time slot for the next day. The Service Tech arrived in the time agreed upon and did an excellent service call. The equipment seems to be responding to the thermostat better than before so I am pleased with the service provided.

Excellent. The technician (I forget his name) was able to come out the same week. He did the cleaning and tune-up. He was not sure what the squealing was from but after his work we don't hear it anymore.

He was on time and very professional. I have had other companies that have not done as good as job as he did. The cost was well worth the service. I would definitely call them for any other furnace needs.

They found the problem was a faulty igniter, had one in the vehicle, got my approval and did the repair all in one visit. Furnace was back running in about an hour from when they arrived.

Very thorough & professional service. Our previous furnace service lasted about 10 minutes total which I was very suspicious of. Bull Mountain's tech (sadly, I didn't get his name) spent a good deal of time making sure that both AC & Furnace were thoroughly cleaned & running smoothly. We had to switch out a capacitor & replace filters which the service tech had with him. The tech explained everything carefully, showed me the issues & replacement parts & was very courteous through the whole process. They were also available within a few days of purchasing the deal whereas another company told me I had to wait until end of October to fulfill the service. Overall, a great service & I highly recommend this company.
