Description of Work: Arrived on time. Professional . Completed work without issue. Price was supposed to include furnace filter. He did not have correct size filter so it was not replaced and no discount in price was offered.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and performed an excellent cleaning and inspection of the HVAC unit. I received great documentation and the communication and timeliness was excellent!

Description of Work: a crew of two showed up on time and did an extensive preventive maintenance session on my aging heater/AC unit. They were very honest in advising me that there was really nothing wrong with the unit instead of the expected pitch to buy a new system from them. A breath of honest fresh air.

Description of Work: I contacted Bull Mountain about replacing my old water heater with a tankless unit. They got back to me very quickly and came out to evaluate the space. They were up front about the pros and cons of going tankless and walked down what would be done. The estimate was quickly sent to me and I was able to schedule the installation to my convenience. They did call me the day before to confirm what time to expect them, turned out the helper was able to come a little earlier and get started on the removal of the old water heater. The new tankless water heater was installed per the plan. I now have a much more efficient water heater.

Description of Work: Good communication before and day of the service. The technician let me know that he could not test refrigerant level in my air conditioner due to the low outside temperature. I appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: They were wonderful. I liked them so much I signed up for an automatic service account. It had been years prior to any service, so things had really gotten dirty. They replaced some parts, always showing me the bad element compared to the replacement. It took extra cleaning but I now feel secure about this winter and months to come. |
