What is my most favorite about them is their professionalism. They seem to be very qualified.

Just the thoroughness of the cleaning. Cleaning the furnace out. The guy said it was one of the filthiest he had to service. He cleaned it, and didn't charge anything extra. He didn't go in there and attempt to find something wrong that wasn't wrong.

there were some challenges in this installation. But they did a great job and everything worked well when I turned it on. My only issue is that they charge a fixed amount for electrical that is much higher (2X) than other companies bid.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. Technician showed up on time and performed the work with no issues. Would use them again.

If the price was right. The service was fine. It was an regular maintenance and cleaning. All that. I have my own filters, and I might have discussed with them about my filters. Nothing was bad.

I had to pay for them to come back out to finish the service we started in September. They charged me for a second visit which should have been finished with the first visit. They did the job but it cost me a lot more than I thought it would. They should have done it the first time. I am not happy they charged me the other $85. They were here right away. I don't know if I will use them again.

They were very good. I liked them. They didn't complete the job on the first run so I had to pay them to come back out and do the additional service so they charged me an additional $85.

The tech, the same one who performed our furnace service last winter, is excellent! Very thorough. We like their service so much we are now on a contract for twice yearly servicing of our HVAC.

Great service! They also came out to service my furnace previously and that is why I chose them to service my air conditioner.

I got three quotes and Bull Mountain had the best price for the best AC compressor. For each of the three quotes I received, each company carried a different AC brand. I used Consumer Reports and researched the compressor brand and not only did Bull Mountain offer the best price, but the AC unit had the best reliability ratings. All of the staff that I interacted with, from Kurt providing me with the quote, the office staff, and John and Cody who installed my AC, were all very pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint is that I was given a two-hour window for when Bull Mountain would arrive and was told that they would call me 20 minutes prior to arrival. He did arrive within the two-hour window with 30 minutes to spare, but I never received the call. I'm glad I was home and waited and didn't rely on the call to say when he would arrive.

It went very well. Even though there was a problem with the unit that should have been an extra fee, he was able to get the unit going and did not charge me an extra fee. Great service. Will use them again.

From the bid by Kurt to the work performed by Kurt, John, Cody, Dave and Eddie it wa a very good experience. Kurt responded promptly with our request for a bid and when he learned we had been without heat for a week he was able to get our work scheduled promptly. Their bid for a highly rated furnace and AC was significantly below the other companies and brands we got bids from.We were impressed that he showed up with the other technicians to help with the installation. The technicians were friendly and professional. Dave and Eddie who performed the insulation work under the house were careful with putting down protection on our floors. They took pictures of our crawl space and showed them to us so we could see the status of the insulation and plastic barrier on the ground. Kurt had to leave for an appt in the afternoon but returned the next day for a quality control check and made a few corrections on some areas we had questions about. He spent time to show us how to use the thermostat and set up the internet connection so we can control everything from our laptop or cell phones. They worked from 9 until after 6 to finish all of the work in one day. They cleaned up all debris when they were done. Sweeping or cleaning up the garage floor would have been that extra step that would have made this an A+.

It was all fine. It was nothing eventful. There were no additional charges, it was just what we paid for the offer. There were no issues. They were on time.

They are excellent. We will see how well the solenoid worked. They are very good. They are on time. They call ahead of time. They are very reasonable on prices. They're pleasant. They keep things clean afterwards. They're wonderful. I don't think I have any improvement they could have made. They're very good. I have to see if it works, if it works then they are very reasonable on price. The temperature has been warm, so the heating hasn't been used much.

They're really wonderful. Our heater didn't work. I called them at 8 o'clock and they were here at 11. The price was great. It took very little to fix it. It took about 45 minutes and the cleanup was perfect.

There were a few issues. It wasn't as much about issue with the work, it was an issue with communications with their office. Things like that. There was one person. The work took not exactly half hour to forty five minutes to complete. The area after they left was fine.

Not well. They were supposed to do some minor cleaning and a tune up. The gentleman that came was tinkering for some time and then left. It is unclear whether he did anything at all. Two weeks after they were at the house, I noticed lots of noises coming from the furnace. Those noises now continue and I have to hire someone else to come and check on it. Additionally, I am not sure what "cleaning" they did but it definitely did not include the very simple task of changing the filter-- because ours was disgusting after they were just at the house. Would never hire again. It was a huge waste of money.

I asked the technician many questions as he checked the filters for the heater. He showed me that there were four components that I can check periodically to make sure the filters were clean so it could run properly and so it would not expend too much energy. He was able to clean and check all four components and he also checked the overall system. Along with the coupon I purchased on Angie's list for the technician to come out, I also purchased the biannual check for the heater/ac when the technician pitched it to me. After this rough winter, it will be nice to have this check in place twice a year.

The Bull Mountain representative came out to give us an estimate. He ended up re-attaching duct work to a vent in the crawl space under the house and would not accept payment for it. We will definitely use them when we have work done.

Technician found cracked heat exchanger and rusted burner which eventually could have caused carbon monoxide leak. Always a good idea to have annual inspections.
