Description of Work: They said they were too busy for the next three weeks to help me out and I couldn't wait that long (would not have purchased this deal had I known they were inavailable until the next month).

Description of Work: A pre-summer check of our heat pump that provides both heating and cooling. Filters cleaned.

Description of Work: We had both a furnace and A/C tune-up. I was contacted by provider soon after purchasing the deal, and service was scheduled within a week. Service person showed up within the time window I was given and did the work promised. No complaints.

Description of Work: They performed an Energy Audit and did the all but one of their recommended fixes. The issue I found was that on the initial audit they used one method of measuring air leaks but after they completed the work on fixing the air leaks etc. they performed another audit but this time they used a different audit method so it wasn't apples to applies comparison and scientifically it's an invalid comparison. Furthermore, it's been over six months since the work was done and I've seen absolutely no difference in our energy use so I am not sure I'd recommend an energy audit done for newer houses (mine was built on 2001).

Description of Work: Father and son team, tuned up the furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly, professional, and didn't waste time.

Description of Work: Bull Mtn was contracted by Energy Trust of Oregon to complete a whole home energy test on my house. They performed a paint lead test as well. I ended up getting more insulation blown into the outside walls, sealing the bottom wall plate of the house to the top of the foundation with spray foam and around gas and electrical conduits in the basement. They also installed an alarm for carbon monoxide and all was completed in a timely fashion. They made recommendations for replacement of my water heater and gas furnace. At this time, they do not need replacing, but they were helpful with good information. They were clean, timely and friendly. I would use them again if and when I need to replace my water heater and or furnace. They blew in insulation into the outside walls of my 100 year old house, relaced the siding and patched the holes created. They did a nice job.
